Wow, lots of news here. I'm going to be cautious until something official and concrete comes out, but this still gives me a flicker of hope!

Ohhh.... Joker romance, this is interesting. Hmm.. does that mean that I have to put a single shep through ME and ME2. That will be very very difficult. Maybe her ME2 LI will just have to have an unfortunate ending in ME2 so she's nice and single for ME3. I am a bad person sometimes.
If there was such a thing like ME3 romance with Joker. I would love to start romancing Kaidan in ME. Then you get Joker interrupting you in the locker-scene. Then she can break up with Kaidan after Horizon. Or at least feel that there is nothing left of that relationship. If it worked out that way I would love to hear about why Joker never stepped up earlier and when he started to feel more for her. Ihhh..... Ok, I'm feeling a litte optimistic. But that doesn't mean much, I was so so sure that Arrival would bring back Kaidan and Ashley...

The twitter news really gave me hope for our Jokermance - thank you so much for posting this 
All the information we receive concerning ME3 from the various magazines have to be taken quite carefully - this comment about that there are no new LIs in ME3 is a good example. First, it is really vague and you can interprete various meanings in it. And second, if this was really official, why didn't Brenon Holmes (I think Nam posted the link one or two pages earlier) confirm it?
Remember ME2 where it was a kind of secret that Garrus will return - I think it is clear that Bioware likes to have some surprises for us gamers.
I suppose they would only hint a possible romance between Joker and a non-Shepard and don't get fully into it - the game is Shepards story, so why should they take the time to write a romance between Joker and someone else? They did not do this before, saying e.g. Samara showing interest in Mordin or so. And why should EDI get a body? She is the normandy - there is no need for her to get a body and I don't think that the Alliance will be so pleased to get this A.I. that they will only think about creating a body for her.
So - if this is true that Joker will finally get a romance, than I am quite sure it is Shepard. There is so much connection between them that it would be totally believable that over the time something developed between both of them.
