I guess this depends on how reactive ME armor is; it can be rigid and supportive, but it's also meant to be worn by someone who can bear its burden...even if it is lightweight futuristic armor. From what I've seen Shep wear, it almost looks like a battle-hardened astronaut suit - with a layer of undergarment, an under-armor of sorts and the plates set on top of that. I also kind of envision futuristic armor to be similar to SPARTAN armor from Halo...but not so robust that it rips non-genetically-engineered folk to shreds. But I do think it's more reactive as far as stimulating nerve impulses and muscles to quicker action, leading to faster reflexes, as well as auto-flexing areas of the body that are taking damage...stuff like that. I'm not sure if Joker could stand up to the strain, though I sure would like to put him in a hardsuit and see him do an EVA of some kind, I think that would be rad.
