Thanks for warm welcome! Let's keep the love for Joker strong.
There's my two cents. I imagine that Joker is quite vurnerable - figure how careful he has to be just to simply walk, not to mention how hard it had to be to grow up with such severe disability (he couldn't go dancing with friends etc.)... and yet he doesn't seem to complain or whine about it. It almost occurs to me that he is acting cocky just to cover it up. I'm not saying he is insecure or anything, but he doesn't show his soft side very often. All I can recall is his comment about VS in ME1, he seemed very hugable then.
Ok, I'll end this rant What the rest of you think?
Edit: Oh no, the ToP, not sure how to do it, I'm a newbie - I'll try to figure it out, hopefully soon

You can say that again! When Shepard first met him after the Normandy crash, Joker only said a few words and I was like, "That's it?!" Grr, he only has softies for the ship, I suppose.  "I don't want to lose another Normandy!"

I believe the exact words were no new CHARACTERS for LIs. Joker is not a new character. Neither is Kelly.

It is not confirmed that Joker is a LI - this is just what we hope for. There are however some hints that this could indeed happen (see page 293).

And the information that there will be no new LIs in ME3 is wrong - Casey Hudson himself has confirmed that there will be new LIs in ME3 (Link).

The information that there are no new LIs in ME3 was because of a misunderstanding.

It was either a misunderstanding or it was because the interview for the magazine was so early in the game development that bioware itself wasn't even sure what they were doing yet. Either way, I'm still super psyched that Joker may be a LI, he deserves some Shepard lovins'. :'D

Casey told us that we can only be sure about a feature if we see it ourselfes in ME3 - during development things can be changed that may have been confirmed earlier.

As the voice recordings at least for some characters have started the written dialogue seems to be quite far in progress - although of course it is possible that they record lines that will be cut later or if they alter the dialogue that they ask the voice actor to record some additional lines.

But however - Joker is just to awesome to be not romanced by Shep

Really good to hear FemShep is getting some advertisements. Even my guy friend who got me hooked on ME played as FemShep if that says anything XD

I agree, it is nice that FemShep finally gets a little recognition. She kicks ass man! And she's (unfortunately) more likely to get into Joker's pants, which we all know is a truer measure of awesomeness than anything else. XD

Methinks the only reason no cure has been found is due to the rarity of patients and the refusal to collaborate with other species. (Git sum alien doctors, damn it!)
