I am both saddened and elated it made it to 30 pages - saddend because the majority of the thread is reminding people the penis has no bones in it, sex isn't all about breaking pelvises, and EDI is a virtual intelligence with no body (Joker should have a romance with the internets FTW! LOL)

Only five?  I think you underestimate Commander Shepard!

Also, I wouldn't do that in Anderson's office because I can totally see him returning the favor on the Normandy.  He was almost a Spectre, remember.

This is sci-fi, not fantasy. A fairly "hard" sci-fi, after accepting eezo and mass effect fields. That is one of the reasons I like it. I won't argue about it, but they can't say "We just replaced his skeleton with metal" from a sensible literary position, either. They gave him the disability for a reason, and if it was that simple...why wouldn't they have done it before? It would create a plot hole to change a character who the writers didn't want changed. There's absolutely no reason to do that, and a lot of reasons against it. I like Joker...he's my favorite NPC. I don't think curing him is a sound plan, though.

I'm not upset or anything. *shrugs* Just trying to justify stuff I say. I like Joker, and I'm not begrudging you for wanting him as a romance option. Who knows? Maybe they will cure him.
