I would love to see a Joker romance option, good solid character, acts a lot like I would under similar circumstances. Signed!

Edi is a stupid AI with a personality of a woman, but actually EDI isn't really a girl. EDI is a machine. Joker is a male and has a penis. The romance fact in all is he has the right to use it and my femshep is well a femshep. She wants to help him use it and if EDI wanted to go homicial. All Femshep would have to do is go down to EDI's memory core and whip her. Now I'm not saying it would be easy and it probably would definitely be a sweet mission to play sense EDI would probably try to trap shepard in a room and turn off the air and all, but shepard has a space suit and well. EDI would be one dead circuit and bioware should put in the new ME 3 and sign on the panel door near EDI's core. No drinks in this area. Mostly because all shepard would have to do is spill some water on her and she goes bye., bye!

I have no idea what that means sense I watched to many violent cartoons when I was younger and now I'm thinking of making a comic about spilling water on EDI. hehe. I wonder what jokers comment would be on this subject.

I could see it now:

Joker:
Commander! Somethings wrong with Edi haven't heard a peep or smart remark out her for awhile.  Plus the normandy's not handling to well. Whats going on?

Shepard:
Oh, was umm,  talking with Legion this morning and brought my bagel and coffee in. Well I was staring at legions for a minute he started to dance and I think might have... ummm...

Joker:
Might have what commander?

Shepards:
Well, spilled my coffee on EDI's start up terminal.  Don't worry I think Legions trying to fix her now.

Joker: Oh, that might explain it, but whats weird is the fact the normandy's systems are also moving way faster than normal.

Shepard:
It might have been expresso that got spilt!Posted Image

Joker:
Seriously commander.

Shepards slowly grins and walks away!Posted Image

Ok that just painted a EDI + Legion romance picture and I'm not sure they are interface friendly....

Edit: Also reminds me fo the "Something Something Dark Side" family guy parody when R2D2 (played by Cleveland) was unlocking the door.

Well, they're both (all? Damn you, Legion, and your wreaking havoc with pronouns!) AIs, so they could probably work out something... doesn't Legion comment at some point that he finds EDI interesting, but he also feels sorry for her because she's alone? I kind of want them to be BFFs in ME3 or something.

It is ironic you bring up Kirk - hubby and I are watching TOS all digitally remastered now, and we just watched "Court Martial" last night, and Kirk SERIOUSLY has a woman every where, even his friggin prosecuting attorney used to be a squeeze. LOL

Men I would have swooned over in Trekverse -> Kirk, Riker, Spock, Data (Tasha proved he was fully functional!), Picard and Scotty in that order, all for different reasons. Then again, I generally enjoy men. *shrugs*

I still like Joker better than all of them because he's funny. Posted Image

Humor is a very attractive quality that's for sure.

Anyway, someone else mentioned Firefly, and I'd forgotten about the dynamic between Zoe and  Wash, who was the pilot.  She's a soldier, military woman, 2nd in command  and he's a nerdy pilot type.   So that's just another example of the type of dynamic that could develop between Femshep and Joker.

Well, now that's ruined for me...thanks.

But that's a big wtf to you, tooney, how the hell is Joss Whedon racist? He killed off the funny white guy, I don't know how that would be racist, if anything it's just cruel...Man, what the heck....Wash dies? UGH. How about we get a spoiler alert next time, y'know, that'd be great. -stomps off-

Aww, sorry Razz.

He probably assumed since the movie came out 5 years ago most of the people who wanted to see it already have... how long after something has been out does it stop being a spoiler and become common knowledge?

edited to add-> And Whedon is known for his cruelty, ask poor Buffy.

I'm surprised I didn't spoil it for you before now, I think I've thrown out the phrase "ala Wash" referring to tragic unexpected character deaths, but maybe you just thought I was saying some one was cute and endearing?

I think I read it on wiki before firefly was brought up in that thread on "Snap, Crackle, and Pop". maybe all I know is a lot of stuff came up all at once and much ran together.

I also (sadly) had that spoiler before seeing the movie, but maybe it made watching it easier....very gut punching as it was. Let's just hope that BW does NOT get any ideas about killing off Joker--not at all what I meant when suggesting a comparison to Firefly!

I would've known sooner but every time I try to watch Serenity something bad would happen, or netflix likes to crap out every time I click on it. I take it as a bad sign, not like it matters now. >> I honestly never heard of Firefly till last year and I only finally watched the series just last month...so...anything Firefly was not common knowledge to me...>> I only now understand what everyone meant when they talked about Jayne and his hat and every time I name a character Vera and they start rambling about Jayne...-shrug-

Well, guess I don't need to be in such a rush to watch the movie now.

I actuallu saw the movie before I saw the series, they mde it so you didnt need to watch the seres to know what was goin on. but yeah when he died I was like wtf? I really liked Wash and that that built up only from about and hour or so, when I watched the series I felt so bad knowng he was going to die in the end. My fav episode was when Mal and Zoe bought Serenity and hired Wash and Zoe thought he was an idiot, lol.

The reason hes racist is because his wife was black, if you watched the series. It like if bioware decided to kill off jacob because so many people don't like him. I don't understand it myself, but if joker got killed I think I would cry. He's one of my best buddies in the game and my femshep's drool had if they even have a seen where they killed him I would cry and this is coming from a guy. lol. Posted Image

I got Serenity on dvd right after it came out, it sat on a shelf unwatched for a couple months before I heard of Firefly. So I kept it shelved until I casually bumped into the Firefly series on dvd sever months later. Watched 85% of the series and got busy with something else, forget what.... Anyhow in the last month or two I finished Firefly and read a spoiler and went "that can't be right must be a type-o". I finally decided I couldn't watch Serenity on DVD, "Standard definition" wasn't going to do it Justis. So I rented it in HD via the PSN. Anyhow, I honestly started to cry when it happened it was so fast and so sudden.:crying:

Sorry for the life story I was board....-_-

This is obviously what he would say after you chose his romance option:

Some people call me the space cowboy, yeah

Some call me the gangster of love

Some people call me Maurice

Cause I speak of the pompitus of love.

People talk about me, baby

Say I'm doin' you wrong, doin' you wrong

Well, don't you worry baby

Don't worry Cause I'm right here, right here, right here,

right here at home

Uh... Joss killed off Wash because Joss hates happy couples. (See: EVERYTHING HE'S EVER MADE.) Zoe being black had nothing to do with it. >.<

I agree, the Zoe/Wash dynamic is definitely a good parallel for how a Shep/Joker relationship would play out. I very much doubt they're gonna kill of Joker, though. The parallel won't extend that far.
