I'd hit that. If Shepard can come back from the death, then come ON, brittle bones will not be a problem! You get a freaking bone weave yourself in ME2, from the research upgrades.
I'm pretty sure Cerberus hooked him up with something awesome. Experimental therapy? Cybernetics? Gene modding?
I sure hope so! I would totally love that, if they could do that. I would kiss the Illusive Man to save Joker! I would kiss him in a heartbeat, with tongue, if I had to. Or promise to walk his dogs for a year. Or something. Anything not too horrible.
As to the kiss thing--yeah.

'Course, the Bastila kiss wasn't on camera anyway. But who on earth would form a close relationship without a single kiss involved?! "Get a room" doesn't work when you're standing like twenty feet away from each other. Geez.
What I didn't like was that in ME2 it felt sort of... forced, I guess? Not with every relationship, but Thane comes along so late in the game; it's like a whirlwind romance, not that Garrus has much dialogue beyond gun calibration anyway. I mean, there's a happy medium between "romance proceeds unless you're a jerk" and "you have to be openly pervy/sexual in order to start something more than friendship." I approve of there being a fling available, but more than one is kinda... much, in my book. Especially since the appeal of aliens is generally personality.
JedTed--But not his other organs.

I mean, come on, if you had the choice between a bodiless AI and a hot flesh and blood military hero with a toned body and a brilliant no-nonsense mind who is actually interested in you, which would YOU choose? He and EDI can always be BFFs, but he and Shepard could be more than that.
Mistress--*squeetacklehug* Hell YEAH! Even though he looks good in ME2 and there's narrative there, Joker is the man and there's just as much connection between Shepard and Joker as Shepard and Kaidan--if not more, since Joker actually stayed with you.

Dude, I'm a guy and I'm telling you. I
have a really hot femshep character I created and all I want to see is
her body and jokers smile hehe. She will let him take the top don't
worry so he doesn't break his bones. My femshepd doesn't mind staring
at the ceiling for joker. Besides, she just wants to hear what he says
afterwards. lol.
But I'm a guy and I'm saying this. Its not
about the sex. ITs about the relationship of the characters and I think
this romance would give ME 3 the final dose of awesomeness it needs to
truly make femshep legend!
I love your entire post.

Thanks for the input! Guys who play FemSheps are awesome, and what you said about the relationship was even more awesome.

Garrus, your awesome
and all but having a majority of the romance discussing us doing the
deed made me feel dirty and like the whole thing was more of a fling
anyway...
Hell yeah! That was so disappointing... I'll never understand why someone like Garrus was made an option like that. If I just wanted eye candy, friendship, and a fling, I'd go for Jacob. At least he takes his shirt off for the camera and you don't have to study his species' erogenous zones on a datapad first. Garrus was supposed to be more than that... I wish they'd picked somebody else for this. I mean, who is attracted to turians just because of how they look? Nobody. While Garrus is sort of cute about it and all, it was pretty disappointing and kind of creepy. Lampshaded, which is good, but still.

See, people who have never had
*actual* sex imagine that it is always and only rough and pounding
because in the pr0n movies it looks that way on top of cars and pool
tables..... besides, good relationships are built out of respect,
friendship and common interests.
Shepard died to save Joker, if
you let your team get wasted Shep falls to the death to make make Joker
go instead of wasting time trying to pull Shepard in. There is alot of
respect and mutual admiration there, an easy flow of communication
between the two.
Lasting relationships are usually built on more than just "Wow, they're hot, I gotta tap that!"
OMG, I love you SO much for this. This is exactly how I feel about this! REAL sex is better when it's slow, passionate, and tantalizing, not like porn where all they're thinking about is getting paid. It flows when you're in sync with the other person, and less is more.
I still can't believe that nobody, particularly Joker, ever says anything much about you being dead. It's just "oh, you're not dead." It was good that it happened off camera, but still... he should have said SOMETHING about it. Even just an awkward thanks.
I hope this means they're saving it for ME3, but I'm sort of feeling down about it after how little reaction there is in the game about the awesomeness of the explosive opener.

You have my support.
Joker is
cool. It would be an interesting relationship (for a video game),
physically extremely fit and active woman and a near invalid extremely
fragile man.
...
Perhaps they could even make Joker bi? Wouldn't that be
something...
ITA. A woman like her not seeing him as being less than other guys would probably make his confidence soar. And it's almost NEVER done, that kind of relationship--a strong woman with a guy who had so many people look down on him. The tenderness between them would be moving.
I'm totally on board for him being bi, too. I think it would make a number of guys happy. It's about time we had a m/m option somewhere! Gay Dude!Sheps must be so lonely right about now.
Sazzrah--I think the brother/sister vibe is something that comes about because neither thinks of the other that way
yet. He has brittle bones, she has a job to do and a mate who CAN have sex (presumably, either Kaidan/Liara or one of the others) and so I think they'd both put those kinds of feelings aside. He always assumed she just wouldn't fall for a guy like him, ESPECIALLY a guy who can't even get it on, and she's his boss. I can't see either of them acknowledging feelings they have every reason to believe are impossible, so you just don't let them grow.
When you look at the surface it seems pretty impossible... but impossible odds that you eventually find a way to overcome are incredibly romantic. Imagine what could happen if Joker suddenly found himself able to have sex. On a ship with a Commander Shepard who isn't currently involved.
I hate to say that I could only really see it happening towards the END of ME3, or maybe even after they've defeated the Reapers... but they should do that. They really should. Put in some tension-laced dialogue, really REALLY subtle and clever, and then let them get together once there are no more worries left about it interfering with their performance on an impossible and insanely important mission.
It would be so moving to see him finally be happy with Shepard.
