(Spoilers about kasumi ):
She says Joker and Edi are like an old married couple with their bickering--so maybe the writers want to push that angle, then again, she also pushes the "jacob is hot stuff" angle so perhaps her romantic taste is off.

More spoilers about Kasumi -> She
also says that EDI sometimes seems human, but she's still a
computer.
Hmm. I didn't get either of those comments from her. Then again, I played her mission post-end game, so I didn't really have a lot of time to go out and do other stuff to give her time to say new things, I guess. I very much doubt BioWare is going to do an actual Joker/EDI romantic relationship, simply because they don't seem to do much in the way of romantic relationships that don't involve Shepard (or, if Shep's not involved, the other party is dead).
Sar, what's her exactl line about EDI? I'm curious.
Also: FIFTY PAGES GUYS! YAAAAAAY!!!!

well EDI does admit she likes to provoke or something Joker cause he does better under pressure... I am sure shepard took note of that lol
Heh. Just got a mental image of, like, Joker piloting the Normandy during some big epic space fight, and EDI is harassing him... and Joker's finally like "EDI I AM UNDER ENOUGH PRESSURE WITHOUT YOU HELPING PLEASE STOP NOW."
Also, that video? Totally adorable.

I got this from the "What does Kasumi say about all the love interests?" thread from BobbytheI who extracted all the sound files.
I haven't heard most of the lines yet in game, especially the love interests one because I didn't romance anyone and the playthrough I tried her out on was post game with half my squad dead. LOL

in on them bickering about the temperature in the cockpit."
But then, yeah, she does comment that EDI is a computer. And both Joker and EDI have denied any such relationship. I'm more willing to take their word for it than Kasumi's. Much as I love the little thief.

A lot of long time friends bicker like an old married couple, a lot of brothers and sisters bicker like an old married couple - "bickering like an old married couple" is just what people who are very familiar and/or comfortable with one another DO.
You notice she doesn't say they moon over each other like a couple of newlyweds, or that they are so cute and nervous together. *sigh*

Joker is not a machine loving person except he loves the normandy just not in the creepy sort of way. Now shepard he might love in the creepy sort of way, but she might like him back in the creepy sort of way.
I don't know why that made me giggle so much, but it did.

I wonder how they're going to get Seth Green to say that kind of stuff.
Not sure what kind of "stuff" you're talking about, but I'd imagine they'd hand him a script, tell him to review it, then he'd go into a recording booth and read the lines in exchange for what is likely a rather large sum of money.

See above post re: actors getting paid money.
As to how good he'd be....judge for yourself, just search you tube for Oz and Willow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I"m sure Seth's played other romantic characters too, that's just the first thing that came to mind. The man can do tenderness, angst and romance as well as he does Sarcastic Geek.

I've been trying to convince a friend of mine (who enjoyed NWN and KOTOR) to pick up ME by telling her "Oz is your pilot! COME ON!" Thus far, unconvinced. She likes traditional fantasy way more than sci-fi. Sigh.

Yes, because one heart felt conversation or expression of affection is so demeaning to an actor
If wearing that stupid wolf suit, or having a bottle stuck in his head wasn't too low to go, and he can manage to say half the crap he says in RobotChicken I don't see how having a romantic scene would be a deal breaker.
I laugh at 13 year olds who think girls are icky so everybody else must too.

Cootiess! Ahh the old days. Thoughs were always fun times. Then you learn girls are sweet and nice. Then you get in the relationship and all the real fun starts. DRAMA!
This would be funny actually if they had joker doing an old fashion Cooties joke. I think bioware could pull it off.
