Also something I just thought about; Joker would have had tome time in the escape pod to think about what happened, wouldn't he?

He would have gone from disbelief ("Commander? Answer me Commander, I know you can hear me") to anger (Dang it Commander! Why?!") to bitterness to grief.

Agreed.   I would love to see a lego joker and femshep romance series. I think it would be cool.

Hey everyone, I read trough the WHOLE topic and I still think Joker should be with EDI....

I DID read the whole topic tough And if anything it has convinced me even MORE that I want Joker romance in ME3! (Wynne's wall of text posts ftw!!)
I'm currently working on some fanfics, but I need some help with those. If anyone is interested I'll post the details in Snap, Crackle and Pop.
I'm still doubting if I should work on fanart/comics too...

after reading through this thread over the past few days i think i might be developing girl crushes on a few of you, lol.
my hopes are high for romancing our favorite helmsman in the next game, but i will be satisfied if the friendship dynamic between shepard and joker, at the very least, is able to be explored more thoroughly. the whole shepard dying thing... yeah. can we talk about that, joker? please and thanks.

i thought i would officially show my support and want for the option to woo joker here, and after having seen a few awesome song suggestions offer my own contribution to a jokermance playlist. i cant figure out how to post a link using my cell which im currently on... which is the reason for my lack of grammar useage at the moment... but the song that best desribes the angsty love affair going on in my head with joker and my femshep is:

Yeah, I am aware. Poor attempt at humour, besides which, Joker would just have to pull himself (no pun intended) away from his 'extranet collection' for long enough to do a romance.

I don't believe he would actually die by snoo snoo  Although it would be one hell of a way to go.

FINALLY. I've read through all 55 pages of this thread, so now I feel I can officially post in here. (Surprised certain other people don't feel the same way *cough*breakhisglassboneslolBBQEDIromance*cough*) but anyway, I'm always one to go for humor, and I was certainly surprised he wasn't an LI for ME2, given all the other options (only one of them human). Reading this entire thread, has only increased my love for the pilot, and I throw in my support in this quick drive-by post.

I mean whats awesome is they did make a new futurama series on comedy central. Heres the new image and if they can bring futurama back. They can give us loyal joker fans the romances he so deserves after three games. Think of a complete feeling as you destroy the reaper fleet or destroy the galaxy as joker is by your side.  Also as you fire the final shot on the last reaper boss. Some witty comes from jokers mouth.

Shepard:
Joker you can take the last one.

Joker:
You sure commander? Your serious you want history to remember me as the one who killed the last reaper. I might just get a even bigger prize then you.

Shepard:
You sure you want to do that I'm still your commanding officer.

Joker:
Oh and here I thought love conquered all. Then maybe I can put my hand on this controller while you put your hand on top of it. 

Shepard:
Joker are you suggesting something?

Joker:
Commander you think I'm suggesting something. Hmm, I wonder what it could be. 

Gives him a warm smile as they both fire the final shot!

Yes! A Joker romance! Honestly, even if I went to other characters, having the option would be nice. Come to think of it...just seeing what he thought of my previous romances compared to the new one with him would be quite entertaining on its own.

I find it hard to see him as a romance kind of character actualy. But some flirting hidden behind the jokes and witty one liners, why not?

Oh what the heck, make him romanceable.

But the romance dialogues must include snu-snu jokes about Jokers disease. Shepard should give him a heavy bone weave like the one he/she have, that should solve Jokers little problem with cuddling. I think Shepard owes Joker that much anyway.

With all due respect to Joker fans, I personally see Joker (along with Dr Chackwas) as the "best friend" kind of people. That is to say, they are not someone who you'd want to make out with rather than spend time with and actually work to accomplish something with them to your very side. Basically like an old/long-term friend with whom you've been on good terms since so long that they're next to being your family. I'm sure we all have friends like that.

This is a fallacy of the young, that you can not have lustful feelings and deep freindship. My husband started out as a friend, a friend I didn't have any romantic feelings towards at all. He was my friend, he supported me, he made me laugh and then one day it just sort of hit me that I loved him and now we've been married for over a decade and have bunch of kids and I still think of him as my friend and lover.

Having a deep friendship does not mean you can't also be lovers.

The best lovers ARE your friends, people who love and understand you for who you are and aren't just about the pre-suicide-mission sex scene.
