yeah i have a complex - I'm 28, married and expecting my first kid. So I'm making the most of it - Again and again and again:unsure:
Everyone says I'm too old to be playing "games". ...So give me some reassurance here!! This games has a "mature" rating doesn't it?
How old a Warden are you?

I'll give you some.
I'm 39, loving games a lot and will continue to still do so for a very long time.
Congrats on your upcoming fatherhood btw

33 and proud father of a 9 months old boy. Actually my wife is kinda relieved I'm playing DA on the PC in my office, since I have a PS3 sitting in the living room and playing on it stops her from watching TV...

I just turned 24, as far as I'm concerned Built, we come from a different generation. We grew up with Nintendos and Genesis being more than just something only a few people had to being something just about universal. Those who say you're too old to be playing games fall into categories:
1) They never played or never were serious gamers
2)They're older than you
In the first category, what can you do? In the second its hypocritical at times. My mother likes the Nintendo Renegade(I will forever refuse to call it the Wii)

Well OP. You're about the same age as me (I'm 23 and I measure in decades or half-decades
) and I play games. I don't have any kids with my fiancée who's a year younger than me. We both play and will continue to do so until we grow bored with them. And that might take a while.
And there's also my big brother who's about 33 or something, married, two kids and plays some games still (though not as much as I).
Fear not! You're still allowed your hobby
Only thing you should be at least slightly worried about is how your sleep deprivation will kick in when you play through the night and your baby screams at the same time
... Hmm. Play with the baby in lap perhaps?
Too old to play? My 50+ mother plays browser games every day even when she's at work, as do all her friends. There's some gaming for you
Don't listen to 'everyone' anymore.
Oh, and congratulations on your marriage and becoming a father!

SNAP!
LOL spooky, I am 28, married and we are expecting our first child. My wife Rolled her eyes when I said DAO had been delivered. She has "accepted" this game because I've been busting my hump in decorating/ doing up the house for the Baby.
She doesn't say I am too old (that much) but says they are a waste of time (which is rich because I know when the next Half -life comes out she will be on it like a whippet).
Yes this game is for us my man, it's our last gasp before our world changes.
Seriously it's down to balance with RL imho - I can't do 8 hours in front of a computer any more makes my head hurt, besides it's good to keep the brownie points up.
Salute and congrats on your Child!
(ours is a boy and I've alredy been told of for plotting to corrupt him into the Video gaming world "at least wait until he can focus!"

41 years old here. Been playing computer games since I was 12 (Commodore VIC-20, ftw!) I am married and have a beautiful 4 year-old daughter that loves computer games just as much as I do. Wizard 101 is her favorite game, at the moment. I firmly believe that you're never too old for games.

All the best with your firstborn. Be sure to fully enjoy those special times!
