so yeah i got the game yesterday and i installed it and i get to the menu tht says play...i click play and it takes me to a black screen then exits out and sasys mass effect has stoped working. i see alot of other people are having the same problem. they say i have to have my folder at 11.4 gb and mine is so idk what is wrong someone plz plz plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you using the AMD Radeon 5700/5800 series? Get the hot fix, this solves the problem.

GPU? Run dxdiag and look for entries relevant to videocard/display.
