I'm not sure what's up with this, but when I started my second playthrough my Paragon and Renegade bars were both empty. Do they not carry over or did something go wrong?
ME2 New Game +, No Paragon or Renegade Points?

I noticed the same thing, apparently they don't care over. Unfortunate, since it's hard to max them out otherwise.
