Without more information, the best I can suggest is that you ensure the drivers for your video card are up to date.

I wish I got error like these.. My entire computer just freezes up completely, forcing me to force a restart.

Same here. It happened three times consecutively on the Heretic ship. After that my achievements got wiped.mr_luga wrote...
