I was wondering actually, I was just looking at the Casey Hudson article and they said they will be looking at the achievements. I doubt it but would that mean there's a possiblity that if you have the "Paramour" achievement they might take it as meaning you have cheated?



Or I was wondering, what if it was based on your first playthrough or something? Because my canon playthrough is my second one (the one in which I loaded up my Mass Effect 2, as I wanted to get the Level 30 achievement), and it better count! Was just something that was bothering me and I wondered what you guys thought.

OF COURSE people who want their original LI back are going to stil have the paramour achievement!  Sheesh.

We're in the dark as much as everyone else...I don't know if they would be tracking achievements the way we think of them or if they simply have some sort of electronic counting system that tracks every choice you make on every playthrough. I'm just hoping if they have planned this story out from the beginning that whatever they find doesn't change their minds to the point that our LI's get the shaft.

I agree.  I didn't wanna get the Achievement on my main profile.  Just because I was being stubborn and trying to show them I had no interest in their LIs... but I mean, seriously... they can't base it on achievement.  It's not like they do achievements per CHARACTER.  They do it per profile,, so yeah.  That would be fail.

"The devs wouldn't do that to me.  The devs wouldn't do that to me..."

Just don't do it in public.  I don't know what you do for a living but in most professions sanity is a feature.

Rocking back and forth helps too, but also contributes to the insane factor.

To be safe, my main playthrough will most definitely not get that achievement, but I really doubt they would do that.  Cameos are one thing, but that would just be unfair.  That's like saying only have one character per 360 profile, which is ridiculous because a lot of people only have one.  I did wanna be on the safe side, so my main Shep has her own profile and that is one achievement I will never get...

And probably the insanity one... I'm just not that patient.  I break things.

I personal never planed to get that achievement. Only though of the ME2 LI as more of best friends nothing more.
