We do need to get out and vote. There are only 7 "love K" votes so far.

What's interesting is that I voted, and then it said 6 votes... and I swear I voted in this one already, and there were over 11 votes. I just refreshed it again, now there's 4 votes. It'll say there's 108 votes total, then that there's 72.

Is this happening to anyone else? Am I just having a bad poll day? The other numbers don't seem to fluxuate, but that last one and the total seem to keep acting weird. It was up to 10 again, and now it says 4 again.

The board is driving me nuts:blink:I've checked this poll three times now...once after your post(Star58) and the loved Kaidan slot had 8 votes.The count just now was down to 5...he lost votes. Now it's letting me vote again.I know if I go back I'm liable to see 8 again or maybe 3 who knows...but it's weird when you even see your post and know the love Kaidan should be higher but it's less than when you cast your vote. Okay I'm rambling but this is frustrating.

I think they've had some polls where you could vote on why you don't like Tali and one of the responses was her fans made you hate her and they are ruining her character.

I just don't understand why ppl are so not tolerant, don't like some characters?? you don't have to, but why vent your hate like that

i read in some book that if you find someone stupid it's only because you didn't try hard enough to get to know that person.

and it's true, some just hear carth voice and decide that this character have to be whiner or ppl can't read and missunderstood something, never try to understand or think about why someone behave this way not another

  I'm pretty quiet in real life around my co-workers and acquaintances, not really because I'm shy, but because I don't have a lot in common with many of them.  My interests are very geeky, and if I *do* have the chance to talk about things I actually like, I'm a lot different than how I act in public usually.  

It's very hard to work video games and my love of sexy, sensitive, biotic video game characters into most conversations, I've found.

I was just thinking, we're all really worried that Bioware won't put Kaidan in the last game. But I could imagine them being really evil and making him be all like "I was helping the Reapers all along" *Shoots* And Shepards all *Dead*. And then you get a "Game Over" message.

Yeah, for me that would be worse.
Ok, it wouldn't happen. But I'm tired and trying to think of the worst ME3 scenario to try and comfort myself when it doesn't happen.

Things that would make me flip out for ME3:

1. Kaidan turning out ot be evil/indoctrinated and Shep has to put him down
2. Kaidan heroicly sacrificing himself to save me/the mission at the end of the game
3. The "just friends" speech.
4.  Kaidan really did get abducted by the collectors and got liquified.  The man you talked to was a clone designed to infiltrate the Alliance.  That's how he got out of his paralysis and why he wouldn't come with you.  (Seriously,  I might kill a man for this one)
5. I make up with Kaidan but can't touch him until the final mission.  Seriously? LIke, what?  Shep only get's turned on if she's about to die?  Made since for the first one but come on.... Oh we're stopping off at this planet to strip mine it of all it's resources for the next 24 hours.  No Kai Kai, hands off.  I'm going to stay right here and watch EDI launch probes.  And, oh, yeah, sure, we're landing on this AWESOME commerce planet and you know what?  I'm not even going to take you down to the surface with me.  I mean I'm not asking for Battlestar Gallactica where people frak like bunnies but if the boy don't even kiss me till the final mission,  we are going to have issues.
6. Kaidan is working in an office at the Citadel/Jump Zero/The Ascension program whatever and he'll help you out and give you resources but no he's not going with you.  I want my Kai Kai on my ship.  I cleared out an entire side of my bed in preperation for his arrival.
7. Kai Kai is given the dialogue of a cheap pr0n star.

Each and every one of those points made me die a little inside.
Particularly the first two, I mean I suppose in the others he would at least be ALIVE. And of course my Shep would be a bitter wreck. But that's better than dead Kaidan.
No, no, no, dead Kaidan would NOT BE SATISFACTORY Bioware. <_<

Yeah, the board seems to break down a lot under the load. I am wondering how many servers and what software Bioware's using.   I just went out and voted  again too.  Guess what?  The Love Kaiden is up to 22 votes (not far behind the opposing "too bland" number of 29 votes)!

On a completely different topic, I (obviously) just change my avatar to a new DA:O character and I'm having trouble recognizing myself ! So silly!

Is he still functional? Fake Kaidan is better than no Kaidan...actually Chem this sounds like one  of my old fanfics. Yes I write a lot of weird stuff.
