I did in fact. And I was refering to the Tali fandom as a whole over the past few years, from the old forums to other threads, and yes... also to some very disturbing stuff in your own thread. Report me if you like, it does not bother me. As if I were to be reprimanded for a simple thing such as that, then bann heads will roll over the kind of posts I was refering to.

EDIT: But I will stop this nonesense now. You and I will never agree on the subject, that is abundantly clear. I wish you a good day sir, and have fun.

Hmm, just don't recall. Just watched the Horizon introduction again to see the scene with Lilith but I got too distracted just watching Kaidan I forgot to listen for that scoff...hehe..replay and replay and replay

Sigh.  I don't *think* you're talking about me, because I never called that one post a "rape fantasy", but I'll just say again, I was using ONE specific example to explain why some people stereotype Tali fans.  And when someone called that ONE post a "light-hearted joke", I took issue with that.  Because again, it's pretty gross, and hopefully not something that belongs in a Tali love thread.

You don't have to be egotistical or snobby (or whatever else you meant with the "sophistication" comment) to find that sort of thing gross and uncalled for.  It's because I like Tali that I even opened the thread, and I was kind of upset that that was the first thing I saw.  That's all I meant by my comment.

I also like Kaidan.  How bout that Kaidan???

I not only have my saves nicely nestled in my ME2 game around Horizon to get all the juicy dialogue anytime I want...

I also recorded everything from when TIM tells you about Horizon and all the relevant cutscenes. I can re-watch all day long now.

I don't participate in the Tali thread or really any thread about fictional romance characters except for my few posts in this thread which I accidentally stumbled upon. I couldn't care less about Kaidan or Tali. Just thought I'd call out someone who seemed to be taking things a little too seriously about another thread while hypocritically acting like similar comments in this thread were all in good fun.

Re: creepy people on the internet. Sad to say, there are many creepy people on the internet. It's just what happens. Sometimes they gather where you'd rather they not gather. The best that you can do is try to keep some semblance of order in your own "home" so to speak, and have fun with the non-crazies. This thread could have some weird come into it at any time, too, and we wouldn't be able to do that much about it. I have a lot of sympathy for those eloquent and smart people who have to deal with stupidity.

I would really like to see us stick with what works: enjoying ourselves, hanging out, having wacky discussions. I'd like to throw out there that if people really feel the need to discuss overmuch what's going on in other threads that this thread isn't the one to do it in. There are better places for some of those discussions.

Another thought; eventually, we're going to have to move to a new thread (preferably one with a correctly spelled name, heh ). Would anyone be up for helping compile a list of resources, fanart, and other goodies to put on the first post when we end up doing this again? We could include the videos, fanart, fav fanfic, websites, stuff like that. I can help put some of it together into a coherant form to post, but I could use some help getting all the stuff together. Anyone with me?

Just found some on his site, think it's a clip from Kotor indeed. Okay Kaidan needs a laugh in ME3, despite all the doom and gloom and the Reapers and stuff....just 1 laugh..pretty please?

I really don't think you even read the link in my first post, and I have no idea why you keep trying to defend it or compare it to kitty Kaidan pics or shirtless Kaidan.  I told you that if you could find any posts in the Kaidan thread that fetishized harming him or misleading him into a harmful situation in order to get sexual gratification, post the link.  There aren't any.  This isn't the same.
