And about sideboob, I'm dutch, I really don't get all the fuss since well, we pretty much don't censor much. The scene was really beautifully done, in fact the fully clothed scenes in ME2 for malesheps were a lot worse but because there was no bare skin involved it didn't stirr a riot? hahaha...silly people
Have to say though, for all the horrid underwear lovescenes in DA, Alistair's expression as he crawled over my warden was just....nom nom yummy. That sorta made up for the rest....sorta....a tiny bit.

LOL I'm francophone living in an anglo world, love the differences in culture but the naivete and how people tend to shy away from nudity and sensuality and sometimes even demonizing it as something dirty has been a HUGE problem for me on a personal level. I see these things as natural and beautiful because that's how it was taught to me growing up. I won't go into it too much but it's amazing how culture plays a big part on interaction, for example some boys here assumed that because I'm french I'll sleep with people very easily, completely untrue my attitude may be relaxed and I talk about sex openly but I don't practice with very many people. In fact of all the friends I have I'm one of those who's had the least amount of partners, but they were very special!
As for guys not liking Kaidan, I could see that, my husband though really likes him, but if I think about it he's sort of like Kaidan himself, all about getting things done right and now!!

Adh always said what she meant, wish she wouldn't spout poetry though, so ewww, part of Kaidan's charm is that he struggles to say what he means and that he seems so unsure if Shep actually wants him even now, he's so afraid of getting hurt!
Makes him seem even sweeter.<3
Agreed...the lack of machismo BS is one of the reasons IMO why he's such a fantastic character...the awkward/unsure of himself bit is one of his most attractive traits I think....

Thanks for these...I like the second dialog option better although I don't think Kaidan really sounds angry at the first. I t was nice to see the different things that played out...I have a tendency to do the same thing over and over...never saw the part where he realizes she's working for Cerberus and backs away from her...really shows his shock.

Not me! I didn't even know you could turn him down at the Illos scene until about a week before ME2 was released.

You can turn down Kaidan at the Ilos scene? D: Good grief what is that Shepard thinking?
I saw it on youtube in one of those compilation things where they have all the different ways a scene can play out on one video...needless to say I was shocked.

Eek, I wonder if that option breaks the romance and makes the picture frame turn down in Shepard's cabin. Yep, never gonna try that dialogue myself.

Not to Kaidan, did it to Ash, not much changes, Male Shep said something along the lines of we have to put the past behind us and concentrate on the future
Edit: Doesn't break the romance, I still got the e-mail off Ash and the pic is on Sheps desk

I had to turn him down when I decided to make a single Shepard. Idk what's more awful, telling him or telling Liara to go away
Turning down Liara before Ilos was the more heartbreaking of the two for me. Maybe it was more because she was a "virgin" by Asari standards. Kaiden spent the first couple exchanges dancing around the issue and Liara was more direct.

Well, I still wouldn't say that, I *like* the past that involved Kaidan.
*looks up at shirtless Kaidan*
Better now.
