Actually that line is heard at the beginning of the game as well, when Anderson tells you to report to Joker and bring the Normandy in to the Citadel. When you talk to Kaidan he gives that line. (after the whole, I'm glad you're alright convo)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it is the same clip. And I agree it sounds way louder.



My newest least favorite line from ME1 is when Kaidan says, "When the mission's complete, it'll be different."

Same here Michelle, bittersweet it is. Makes me miss that whole scene, gosh they better bring something similiar back in ME3. It was sooo lovely. Compliments to whoever animated it!

Okay, I know I'm a few pages back now because this thread is getting so much love and support, (waves tiny flag), well that and work filters out any webpage with the word game in it, but is anyone else creeped out by the whole, there's code in your game that uploads you decisions to BioWare? I mean honestly people, 1984 was a warning not a bloody instruction manual.



Now I feel the need to disconnect from XBOX live so I don't end up calculating Pi all day for the overlord.

Honestly, the only part of the relationship that I didn't like was directly after Virmire when you are discussing leaving Ashley behind. You see just Shep and Kaidan sitting in the briefing/comm room discussing it. You can be honest and talk about how your feelings for him influenced your decision.... and "OH HAI" the camera zooms out to show you making that admission to the entire crew.

I was like "WTF". Shep wouldn't have been that clueless to do that.

Definitely a WTF moment! And Kaidan even apologizes for what he said in the debriefing room later...so I guess at that point everything was out in the open.

I got suprised over this as well, so much for keeping it secret.  But luckily for Shepard rescuing Kaidan was the right decision by the book as well. He did have a higher rank then Ashley.
