You can give the Alliance info on Cerberus in the Lost Operative mission in ME2...I hadn't even planned on doing that one because it was for Cerberus until someone (BECC4 I think) on this thread told me you could send the info to the Alliance...I think it was a small choice in a small quest that may have a big impact in the game next time around.
Yeah, I did do that one. I guess it just felt like it wasn't that big of a deal since nobody from Cerberus yelled at me for doing it. Would be nice if it panned out in ME3 though.
Yeah sorta expected to either be called to Miranda's office or to the briefing room for a discussion about Shepard's loyalties. Too bad, I was soooo up for that

I'm probably going way out there with this but, it is pretty early in the game when they give you the mission. Maybe it's a setup and they -are- testing your loyalties. And they don't care too much if you send it to the Alliance because the data isn't really anything important. I know I'm probably making it way more complicated than it really is, but I can't help but wonder.

Or maybe TIM knew you would likely give it to the Alliance and wanted you to do so for some complicated and devious reason.

Yeah... What's also weird is there's only one mission with this option? Why not more? I want to take down Cerberus one peg at a time, or in a giant ball of fire would work too. There's the one thing Jack and I agree on.

I really enjoyed making him hate every credit he spent in getting me rebuilt.

Oh and the stuck up bastage is like: "I MADE you!" Nuh huh I don't think so. Didn't ask to be brought back (in my mind she's between pissed off that someone would do that to her, and relieved that she gets a second chance at life)!!!

At any rate, when I started my ME2 playthroughs, I wanted to experience the ME2 LIs, so I decided early on that only maybe one of my femsheps would stay faithful. However, once I got into playthrough #1 with my favorite femshep (who wasn't going to stay faithful), I realized that: 1.) I missed Kaidan ... a lot, 2.) None of the ME2 romances were at all interesting aside from Garrus whom I love, but quickly realized it isn't the romantic kind of love.
Instead, I found my poor K_Shep staring sadly at Kaidan's picture just before going into the jaws of doom. It's a good thing all the rest of my team were clear of distractions because K_Shep sure wasn't; they really managed to help keep her alive that time.
I will be supremely put-out if I don't get my Kaidan back in ME3, and there better be lots him and written well enough that I feel satisfied with waiting through one whole installment to resolve the relationship.

Hated it even more, which I didn't think was possible. How... why am I so obsessed with this? I realized the only way I could play a Renegade all the way to the end was going to be starting over with a new femShep stuck on Kaidan. Why can't I do this? It's just a game, right?
The sticking point, by the way, was being in the Citadel with Kaiden and Ashley and triggering the flirty scene. I just want to jettison her into space.
I'm enjoying the Renegade side otherwise; Kaidan's comments on Shepard's crazy actions are hilarious. "That might have been a little extreme, Commander."

I started playing a male shep in ME1 for the whole experience, was gonna go Renegade, blah blah blah. Hated it. I hated having to be mean to everyone. So, I compromised, restarted and decided I would only be nice to Ashley.

I remember giving it a try too...first pick a Renegade femShep. Just couldn't stomach it, I'm a goodie two shoes. So I figured I would create a maleshep, you know, no real attachment to the guy so I can be Renegade right? No.
Let alone that if I truly wanted to give a romance with Ash a shot, it would mean leaving Kaidan at Virmire...like I could EVER do that.
So dismissed the idea all together.

Anybody else feel devestated telling Kaidan off in ME1 to create a romance free Shepard? And in the end it wasn't even worth it, all my Shepards are staying faithful...hah...more bittersweetness.
I can't do that. I once tried to get the "choose between Kaidan and Liara" scene by flirting with Liara when I recruited her, but somehow I accidentally cut off the Kaidan romance before I could choose him. I had to reload an earlier save, the game isn't the same without the Kaidan romance.
...which is why ME2 is so unfulfilling.

Ok this is annoying me now!
Anyway what I said was, as I did it really early on I imagined it was the data about Horizon, wouldn't that be a cruel way to twist Sheps allegances?
Glares at Jho and her evil powers (Not really!

I tried it once but his hurt little puppy face crushed me, I'm afraid even as a bad*ss I just don't see why Shep would be mean to her crew, especially not the biotic sex muffin I mean he's like ...... biotic ........ and sexy .......... and cute as a muffin ;-)
