I love Kaidan so much, I really do. It's just that each of my Shepards are very different characters and react to stress in different ways. My Adept won't consider anyone else but Kaidan, and my other adept was really hurt by him in Horizon, and Garrus was there for her.



Still, I won't lie, it made me a little hot and bothered to see Angry!Kaidan on Horizon.

Personally I thought the e-mail made it sound like it was just a one off involving drinks, sounds too hung up on Shep to have let anything else happen.  Don't think of Kaidan as a one night stand kind of guy and think if it had been more he'd have described it as a fling or something *shrug* just my opinion.

Yeah, the nothing serious remark was an indication it was little more than a couple of dates...he wouldn't be sleeping with her...he's not that kind of guy.

Feeling like ME2 kinda passed briefly over the LI's. Atleast female Shep ones. Or maybe it's just me who thinks Jacob is a total **** and Thane is too mysterious not to mention green. I do love Garrus as much as Kaidan, but not in the same way. So I'm a little out of options even if I wanted to cheat.

Baby Sheps...that would be sweet. My feeling though is that we're probably going to have to win him back...not necessarily from some one but have to get him to open up again. It's the old boy gets girl, boy loses girl, boy wins girl back thing...or in this case Shep wins Kaidan, loses Kaidan, then has to win him back again. I could see an engagement or a wedding at the end though. We got to get some kind of reward...after Horizon..there's got to be something.

Ok, I know Kaidan is not that kinda guy.  One of the things I love about him  However, I could totally see him trying to get over Shepard in a drunken, angsty, depressed moment of weakness.  Well, maybe not, but it's at the very least, nice to know he's struggling very much with Shepard's absence.

Now why does the thought of a drunk Kaidan seem appealing to me? Keeping my thoughts to myself...

I'm all about the Kaidan love.  I love him and his funny hair. 

I love Kaidan because he's a thinker.  He considers things.  He's quietly badass.  Always dependable, there in a pinch, often the only voice of reason.

He's just a GOOD MAN.  All around.

I concur. I hope that the writers really enhance his story arc. There is a lot of potential here. In some ways, Shepard needed to die in order for Kaiden to shine on his own.

lol I don't think it's possible, I imagine there's more then one clinic on the citadel and maybe by doctor he meant a scientist in any case I still have this perverted curiosity to know who it is, just like I really wanted to run into this Rana chick he was into back at brain school...

Didn't someone say that his hair was actually some sort of military style...I've heard so many discussions on his hair I can't remember any more...be thankful he could have gotten Pressley's hair.

Raphael Sbarge and Jennifer Hale renited again after KOTOR. Priceless. There really was no other romance choice in ME1 for me, based purely on that, and it was enough to sustain me through ME2. Here's hoping that ME3 pays off the faithful.

BTW I find the term FemShep extremely derrogatory, as I imagine even most female players would also.  I would certanly balk at describing my character as ManShep. After saving the known universe twice he's totally butch and a top to boot!

It's not meant that way, it's just an easy description to differientiate between iconic male Shepard and the lesser advertised but just as cool (if not cooler) female Shepard.

I'm a female, and I think femshep is fine. It's easer to provide a description than something else. I think people use maleshep instead of manshep. So should we use woshep for girls? No, XXShep for girls and XYShep for boys. That'll do.

I, too, would love to see some sort of engagement/wedding option in ME3. A wedding -might- be a bit much, but I've seen it done in a game before... some RPG... totally forget the name now, but it was SUCH a cute scene. There was even a child afterward, and this was in the middle of the game, so they still went off adventuring later, haha. ANYWAY... that might be a bit much to expect in ME3, but I think an engagement could be very possible and easy to do.
