I agree that a power complex would be totally OOC for Kaidan.  But I would like to see him tell Shepard something along the lines of, "You don't have to do everything. I want to help you, just let me."  

The very beginning of ME1 shows how Kaidan is with Joker.  He could have done so many things.  Instead, he was typically Kaidan and simply tried to help Joker understand the situation.

I could not care less about nudity, but the ME1 love scenes were waaaaay better, and more tasteful and romantic. 

Hopefully they'll go back to that in 3, because it would make me a sad panda if I finally got Kaidan back, but the romance ended with a silly or groan inducing scene.

+20 to that, I think there's a lot of feedback on the forums from people who keep saying this. The ME1 scene(s) was perfect ! I remember on the DAO boards too people were hoping for an ME1 love scene as well, and instead we got muppets in action....

Ack!  I'm back and covered with paintball welts.  What did I miss?  LIke 10 pages.  The Kai Kai love is strong with this group.

I'm going to have to agree with TZ here.  Garrus coming up to blow off steam and actually putting on the equivalent of porno music?  Seriously, now!  That's not even in character with someone who was so respectful and honor bound.  I mean it ended up sweet, but the lead up?   Me thinks not.

And that CRAP where you're talking about being rebuilt in front of Jacob and you're like, what?  Don't like what you see?"  Seriously?  What?  Is my FemShep just super frustrated from 2 years without Kai Kai?  Jeezy petes.

OH, and I caught something a few pages back about BECC doing fanfic.  I vote yes.  Not to mention I recognize a good deal of screen names on here and I bet most of them would be willing to beta for you if you're nervous.  Cause this is the Kai Kai thread and we love like that.  Yeah.

Okay I was just looking at the ME2 Bioware page where it lists all the squad members, gives their bios, etc. Anyway, under that section, there are two people that are listed as classified and doesn't give their names. So I was thinking, maybe Kaidan will be added on as a squad member in DLC. I'm sure this is probably wishful thinking, but I thought I'd put it out there! LOL. Oh, and Legion wasn't mentioned on the list, so not too sure what that means... I just hope that one of the spots is waiting for Kaidan!

What, you don't want Kaiden crying and pounding the table with his fist?   How about an awkward scene between two people who respect each other who aren't sure if they want to take it to the next level?

And I think my Shepard is simply Shepard, the Boss of You. She's moved beyond titles at this point.

I don't know. I don't really want Kaiden rescuing Shepard in ME3. And it probably womn't happen anyways since there is no way the MaleSheps would want Ashley saving them. I like that Shepard saved Kaiden on Virmire by tossing him over her shoulder. I like that she ordered him into a pod at the beginning of ME2. I also liked that he listened in both cases.

I quiet agree, most of the time i am not a fan of nudity but the way Bioware did it in ME1 waas very well do and tastfull, and well it truely added to the sub plot and story for me, in a way, at least for the Kaidan scene, it helps convey how much he really does care for shep. He would not just jump into bed with anyone, like he said he  never went that far with Rohna and he cared about her enough  that her rejection changed him in a big way. So I really hope they return to that in ME3 as well:)

I think they went out of their way to make it tasteful because their was nudity. Without the nudity they add all the crass(in my opinion) and cheesy actions and dialogs to the ME2 scenes to make up for the fact that there is no nudity. In other words I think the nudity in ME restrained them from doing some of the things that they wound up doing in ME2. ME was romance, ME2 awkward sex. Just my opinion.

Perhaps he has a seperate, erm... attachment that you can add one for those kind of nights?

Don't get wrong, I think love between different aliens is interesting, but I can see the troubles with Geth unless they eventually become humanesque androids.

Not to mention they don't tend to see themselves as individuals. So technically you're doing it with all of them. They'll know exactly what happened that night whether you want them to or not.

I'm so relieved that I'm not the only one who thought that the ME2 lines were cringe-worthy. I tried the Garrus line once just because I was dying of curiosity and I couldn't even stand it. For real, Shepard? Thanks, BioWare and EA, but my Shepard is a confident, intelligent, and collected woman. She is definitely not the type of cheap floozy who'd spout lines like that. Ugh.



I want the tasteful nudity back in ME3. The ME scene was the best out of any BioWare game, IMO. I found the DA one to be silly, so I will seriously need to use biotic abilities against BioWare employees if they do something similar to that for ME3. No goofy undies!! Not even on Kaidan.
