There's realy no need to get all rude, you were the one who started to place baiting posts in a thread that is called "Kaidan Support" for a reason. You could have known what reactions you'd be getting.

And if you would want to make your posts look 80% better, make sure you press the spacebar after every point. as in, here it comes: "." without the quotation marks...

I occasionally have to write in Spanish, and I *always* spell check, or look up phrases, even when I'm just sending an email.  I also proofread and edit documents as a part of my job, and yet I still find the time to spell check words when I'm typing, even on the Bioware forum.  And the finger comment just proves that you're not worth arguing with. 

But, since I'm here...Kaidan was right to be loyal to the Alliance and not Shepard, when all he knew was that Shepard was working with Cerberus, and he had no further information about the situation.  Tali was wrong to jump into joining up, just like she was wrong to give her father geth parts.  OH!  I went there.

Anyway, back to the reason I came to post...

i imported my ME1 save, where i left behind Kaiden. when i got to horizon i could not access the plant at all - not even to scan it.



what did i forget to do?

What does Siha mean, anyway? Maybe I would have liked Thane coyly telling me that he might tell me its meaning someday if I'd been at all romantically interested in him. Not so much.

And chem light, not even the boxers. Now I have a really, really awful picture in my head of Kaidan with his hands on the back of his head doing a hip swivel while sporting these underoos. Not cool at all. lol

Have you gotten the quest from The Illusive Man yet?  I don't think you can access Horizon until after you've recruited three party members and gotten the quest to go there.  If you have, that might be a bug...

You must recruit all dossiers the Illusive Man gives you first. Then you automatically go to Horizon, without passing Go or collecting 200 dollars.

Good to see the article...but I disagree with what was said about default Shep and Nathan Drake being better looking...I think Kaidan is an absolute doll. I would take my Femshep to talk to him on the Normandy when I knew he wasn't going to have anything else to say just so I could look at him.

I agree, MaleShep can look good if the face is absolutely still, but certain facial animations make him look super creepy.  Kaidan is all around adorable.

I like him as a character; he never came across has overly whiny, or when he sorta-did, he said it in a really hawt voice which made it all better.



Looking forward to seeing him in ME3.

If he's not in due to all the Kaidan bashing, I'm going to be pissed.

If you've seen the Tali's face thread where they put his default face on Tali he looks hideous...something about the teeth. Of course that may be doctored.

I think that even with the Kaiden bashing, he'd still be in it. For those of us who kept him alive, he's a part of the story, just like all the characters have been. I just hope that even if he does have a minor role, that we can go visit him when we fee like it like Wrex or Liara. 

I can't really remember Kaiden whining. I remember him rambling a whole bunch though. XD Don't get me wrong, he had good points when he rambled, but at the same time it's like "Kaiden sweetie, you know I love you and your opinions, but are you gonna kiss me or what?"

Haha, still that was a good scene, with the heartbeat drum on the background.. very strong
And it gave you a chance to see what Shep looks like when she's eye locked with Kaiden.

LOL he had a tendency to talk in circles before he made his point...probably was afraid to be direct...questioning every word he said...thinking...what if I get it wrong and say the wrong thing. He agonized over every decision...even the choice of words he used when talking to Shep.

I don't think he whined either...but of all the characters that have the best chance of returning as squad members I would think Kaidan/Ash and Liara would have the best shot. Liara couldn't die and by that same token either Kaidan or Ash couldn't die depending on which one you chose at Virmire. All the rest of the squad members (both ME1 and ME2 ) could die. 

I don't think I could be satisfied with another small cameo of Kaidan in ME3...that is why this time I'll probably wait to see the game on the streams instead of pre-ordering to see how Kaidan is handled in the game...unless it becomes confirmed that  he is a squad member before that...then and only then I will happily pre-order.

That has to be one of my favourite FemShep lines in the whole of ME1, it summed up exactly how I felt about the waffling right then. Sure, it's adorable waffling which illustrates his character, but you do still think "Me...you...convenient bulkhead...hello?!" occasionally

Well its an apples to oranges comparison. MaleShep and Drake are PCs are they not?  Crushing on maleShep or Drake would be rather narcissistic.

Funny thing, I have one of the standard ME2 wallpapers on my desktop. My mom (59 years old) comes over for a visit and looks at my screen and says :  'Oh, who's that handsome guy'  Pointing to Shepaloo. Followed up by  'What movie is that? Looks nice." Had to explain a thing or two, but still made me laugh.

Part of me wonders what she would  have said if I had a decent Kaidan wallpaper. Ingame comparison gives Kaidan the edge over Shepaloo. But that's a personal preference
