Yes!  I honestly don't think they've forgotten about us loyal fans, the picture scene at the end proves it, it was by ar the most emotional and the e-mail.  If they wanted to ignore it I think they would have just had Kaidan dump Shep properly, why keep saying they're saving them for ME3, we've just got to have faith.

I am curious what happens if the player has no love interests and wasn't romancing an ME1 LI?

I also like the fact that the first LIs knew Sheaprd before her raise to fame.

About the bitter sweet endings in DAO. I really hope we get a possibility to get a feel-good-ending in ME3. It could be that we will have to work to achieve it, just like working to keep the squad alive in ME2. But there should be a good ending option. I loved DAO but no matter what I always felt kind of sad at the ending.

Well yay for DAO and being so bittersweet, part of me wants to believe that because of that Mass Effect will end happily. No way Bioware will go down the darker path twice in a row. They have DAO for the dark and gritty stuff, Mass Effect is a different ballgame....hopefully.

I'm sure there will be new LI's for the new players that ME3 will bring in.

Hmmm....if you think about it you kind kill her twice.  Once here and once when you shoot the baby reaper she went to be a part of.

Sorry never ran into Kaiden in ME2 since I let him die in ME1. I gave Kaiden the ultimate Excedrin cure for that Migraine of his. In all fairness though for everyone that likes Kaiden I hope you get what you want. He just lacked depth in his personality to me in ME1, not that Ashley was much better but she was easier on the eyes to me.

I misunderstood you post...sorry.

If your talking about going into ME2 without an LI through an import I think it registers you as single.

But you can get drunk with Chakwas.

I haven't got to my MShep play-through yet, is Lilith in that one too, walking next to Ash or is a male character? (You know to raise jealousy in those players too? lol)
