Indeed. Install the latest drivers and AA works fine. That, or use an external tool like nHancer (http://www.nhancer.com/)

I too cannot get any FSAA to work. I have tried renaming the exe but to no avail! nVidia user here.

I have an nVidia 9600 DDR3 card installed, had applied the latest driver AND nhancer but the AA still doesn't show up.

Just rename the MassEffect2.exe to UT3.exe, then add this new exe to ur applications in the nvidia control panel. Then u will be able to add Anti aliasing to the game, because ur gfx will treat it like Unreal Tournament 3. Works for Steam aswell, u just need to grap a fixed exe from GameCopyWorld or someplace like that No need for Nhancer or anything like that.
