legion its always my third choice as a squadmate. He is second, if I am playing on normal or veteran tho.

I took legion on Tali's mission, got some different responses from the Quarians but nothing too drastic.

They would have to rewrite the whole game if Legion was available earlier, it is already bad enough that he is nearly ignored by every one if you continue after you finish the mission or wait longer then you should to go in the first place.



They probably should have all the extra dialog etc, but it really would be a ton of work, maybe even a third disk for just one character.

if they would need a 3rd disc just so we can get legion earlier then hell no but really they could have easily made it so we did get him earlier without having to change too much though thats only if they created the game like that,
what would have been perfect but never happened is when your on purgatory the geth attacked the ship and he picked off geth and prision guards during the mission.......i can dream
to get jack and legion in the one mission would have been good imo

how late you get him now its kinda like buying mass effect 3 and only being able to play it for 10 minutes before you have to return it

Totally agree. Frankly, I think there should have been more Endgame like in Dragon age origins. 
Example

End game consists of
Mission to a floating ship (not specifiying what to avoid spoilers)

One or two dnyamic story missions from past.  This would be Akin to shepard clearing up loose ends (shepard loyalty mission in a way)  These are based on backround of shepard.

Final mission

Extends the game past where you get Legion, making it feel like you get him sooner.
