id say i didnt really like Jacob, didnt hate him, i just didnt really find him all that interesting. And for Zaeed? i loved that guy! sure he didnt have true dialogue, but i liked all of his stories and trophies on the Normandy. He was the only team mate i lost on the final mission and i was pissed

He joins too late, and he's not all that useful in combat (he's just Tali with better guns). He wasn't my least-preferred squad member, but I already had good combat and personality dynamics with the rest of my crew, so he was just relegated to duct-crawling.

Jacob was the least interesting to me. There was nothing in his personality that made me want to talk to him after I got other characters on board. Miranda comes in a VERY close second.



I like how Bioware gives a lot of different characters, there's someone for everyone that way.

Miranda or Jacob would definately be at the top of my list, not because they work for Cerberus, just  that their characters were so incredibly boring.

I agree that Legion came too late to care about. Zaeed having no real discussion options with make him just a boring merc. I know you can stand there and listen to him whilst throwing rubbish cubes out the air lock. But at least you could interact with Canderous in Kotor.

I found Tali, Garrus, Thane and Samara the most interesting on the team.

So yeah I'll go for Zaeed.

I really tend to get into my FemShep and Miranda Lawson is the kind of woman I hate in real life - spoiled and sure of herself while being practically useless and shallow (and her quest did not change my viewpoint - quite on the contrary).



Mordin comes close second - *too much* talking!

Wow thats old school for ya   But you are right FFVI had an awesome cast of characters.  Personally I don't like small casts I like diversity in my group.  Even if I get a couple sucky ones.

Honestly, ME1 had more annoying characters. Ash was whiny and made me want to scream at times. Carth, I mean Kaiden was 90% cardboard. Liara was and still is kind of schizophrenic. A lot of people thought Tali talked too much (and thats why she's in the engine room guys). Garrus was moronic at times. Wrex is Wrex.

This time around there is mostly just character development problems on a few of them (Zaeed being the epitome of it). The annoying daddy problem character was much better this time around and they shut Tali up for all you guys.

Miranda is by far my least favorite.
She is just your cliche "O look at me I'm so perfect, and smart, and hot" but has the depth of a toilet bowl.

I'm surprised at how much flack Jacob is getting. I always kind of liked him... it's kind of nice to have someone in the crew without a bunch of mental dysfunctions and who is solid, dependable, and I can count on watching my back. It seems like that is the reason, though... his lack of issues bores those who dislike him. I actually found it refreshing to have someone who wasn't in desperate need of a therapist about.



For me? Most hated character is Zaeed, no question. While I often found Jack grating, with Zaeed I just couldn't bring myself to like him after his loyalty mission. He may be focussed on the mission now, but that doesn't excuse his utter disregard for civilians or anything other than his own vendetta. Jerk.

Wow are you guys kidding me...Jack is the one my most used ops as well as Zaeed. I think Mordin serves no purpose after opening your research terminal. I HATE Mordin i wish i could throw him into the garbage thing in Zaeed's room and then open the hatch and watch him be torn into pieces through the little hole.

Less favorite of 2 is a toss up between
Zaeed, Jacob, Grunt, and Jack.

Mordin is an amazing character.
