He called me a deadly sex goddess. He stays.

Yes, sad to tell, he had me at sex goddess also, I'm such a sap

Come to think of it, that's probably how my husband got that ring on my finger, too...

Blimey, does he have brothers?

The only real problem I have with Zevran is convincing him that I'm not gay.

I've publicly kissed Morrigan. I've bedded both Morrigan and Leliana repeatedly in camp. I've done everything I can think of to show that I'm heterosexual.

Perhaps he thinks I'm just trying to hard. I must be hiding something.

When it comes to choice between getting to use the murder knife and gaining a lowlife elf party member, well i don't think I have to tell you what I'm gonna choose.

I'm surprised there's no intimidate option to try to convince him to not betray you at that point if you haven't bothered to raise approval with him. By that stage he should be well aware of some of the heroic antics of your group and quite frankly that's a pitiful ambush attempt.

Same here. Couldn't stand that little *****.

The only reason he turned on me was because I refused to sleep with him. My PC was a guy too. I gave him gifts and all, but when I told him to knock it off (when he made advanced towards me), he gets pissed.

Should have killed him the very first time I saw him. I will my second play through.

Hey, Zevran will be your true-friend and stay by your side at the end, if you have the right conversations with him. No need to romance him. He is the most loyal and faithful of all the companions, as a lover or as a friend. Sad that he gets killed for being a sexy, sensual elf.

I agree. He's a wonderful person and it's a shame people kill him over their own discomfort. Then again, different strokes for different folks, I suppose. Same with deciding to be gentle with your companions or astringent.

HOLY NECRO-BATMAN...THIS THREAD IS OLD! And has died peacefully before.

Do you think it is a good idea to reactive a HATE thread for a character from the ground of this very forum? o.O

Then again some of these posts are frikkin amusing, I give you that. in a facepalm-inducing kind of way.

I don't generally check how old a thread is when I post, if I feel like posting. I searched for Zev and this popped up in the first few returns. To be fair, I wasn't hating on him--- and yes they are.

And he TURNED on you?

Shocking.

*snarksnark*

An original b!tchslap of the Maker himself. I hope the thread-starter felt honored by this. Because David Gaider = WIN.

And with that this thread is now complete. No further postings needed. B)

This was a REALLY great twist that I loved. Bioware really knows how to stir up emotions!

I won't lie, Zevran sure is a bastard in some of his points of view. He and I in real life couldn't possibly be any more opposite, but in the storyline my Warden and he share a few, yes a few only, yet extremely strong and straightline traits/opinions that are the kindling to a wonderful friendship, though cornered from a dark and intriguing region of suspicion.

One thing I did hate about him discussing was him claiming my life was "hardly idyllic" as his was. However, I blame the devs on that choice; none of the three in my dialogue options were anything like my Warden would have said at his point in friendship. Was kinda hoping there would be something like "Actually I truly enjoyed my life despite the occasional tragedy, but I understand what you mean, everyone's got their good times and bad times." You know, something diplomatic without the suck-up "You can say that again" dialogue option.
