Aside from the obvious "not seeing Tali's face argument" the biggest WTF moment would have to be when the poor asari transportation officer gets blown away near the end of garrus' loyalty quest. for some reason, it reminded me of the travelocity gnome. i was just waiting for her to say "I'm alright!" in that quippy british accent.

When you return to Tuchanka After completing Grunts loyalty quest EDI will announce that there are some breeding requests for Grunt. If you have defeated the Thresher Maw she will add "And one for Shepard..."

There was this one part (I think it was the deralict Reaper) where I had Grunt in my squad and we walked into a hall containing many dead bodies.

Grunt goes "look at this mess ... anyone else hungry?"

I literally went "WTF!" as soon as I was finished laughing.

How about finding yourself occupying the body of Joker all of a sudden? That threw me for a loop. Seemed to come out fo nowhere.

There is one N7 mission where you have to deactivate a Geth device. I think its on Canalus in the Dirada system. he mission summary screen tell you 'geth climage change device recovered' and Shepards says 'That should come in handy'. I just have to look out my window to affirm that :-D

I just ran out of fuel and EDI tells me she FTL-jumped me to the next fuel depot. WHY THE HELL DON'T YOU USE FTL FOR EVERY INTER-STAR TRAVEL???

After a particular long fight I could finally quicksave the game. But when I loaded this quicksave, I was surrounded by 6 enemies carrying rocket launchers = instant death. I had to restart the entire mission, WTF!

I still wonder how the Hanar could train Thane to be an assassin. They can't even hold a weapon!

Met Ash on Horizon, she started talking fine, then her eyes just went UBER large and cross eyed... My sister and I burst out laughing - it was such a good scene too but i couldn't take it seriously after that. WTF.

When you kill the entire merc squad with a Renegade interrupt at the start of Miranda's loyalty mission, I think the expression on the lone surviving salarian's face qualifies as "WTF".

I didn't think Shepard could die without everyone else dieing first.

When I headbutted the Krogan that was classic...

When Tali first hit on me because I was not expecting she completely caught me off guard I was in complete shock and Samara shut me down  I was like I guess my  Shephard is not as pimp as  I think

Why does everyone say Red Sand? He was injected with that new Nervous System Enhancer that basically every single person talks about on Illium. Pitne-For tells you he delivered a huge shipment to Eclipse.

And when you read the stuff you find on the mission, you see that he delivered that and Red Sand.

And Red Sand is a narcotic that temporarily gives non-biotics low-grade biotic abilities.  That's why the drug uses refined eezo in its manufacturing process.

To me it was clear: the guy had everything running through his system.  He was a non-biotic to begin with, got dosed with red sand to give him trivial biotic abilities (and to get him high), and then was also dosed with the toxic enhancers.

Makes sense, too: they were experimenting to see if they could turn non-biotic cannon fodder into biotic shock troops.  Didn't quite work out.
