For me one WTF was when Shep and Tali hear in the middle of the trial that her father may be dead.

There's a moment on Illium where a Volus is asking a merchant if something is compatable with volus and asari physiology, the merchant says yes and admits she uses it at home. The volus' reply  is freaky and disturbing...

Aleena was that asari Wrex was hired to kill but it turned out to be an old friend and then he tried to kill her but she got away and was like "Better luck next time" and then when you talk to Aria she says "better luck next time" at some point and so now people think she is aleena run-on sentence ftw.

The 2 Krogans on Tuchanka saying something like "I wonder what Salarians look like from up close" while Mordin is in my party in front of them.

One WTF moment I would have liked to see, but it's not in the game:

You can recruit Morinth, right? You can have her kill Samara, join you (loyally) and pretend to the crew to be Samara and no one really notices. Later in the Collector base you can pick Morinth for the shield, but Shep will call her Samara :-( Would have been AWESOME to reveal that to the rest of the team in that situation :-D

My biggest WTF was you let a Geth in your AI core UNGUARDED, and an ASSASIN in the lifesupport room UNGUARDED.   I was absolutly dumbfounded even for a game this is a hug lore mistake. Firsly the geth... in an ai core... come the F on bioware use your damn heads.  completly tactically unsound and throws lore out the window of geth being "bad"  ...

it's not inconsistent with the "lore" if you paid attention to the things legion explained to you about the geth.

In ME1 I told Conrad to go home and fight the good fight from there, keeping him safe.
In ME2 he is in the illium bar pretty much pretending to be shepard/shepards apprentice, solving crime. And you have to get his ass out of trouble, because he is accusing the bartender of crime lol

• The Council being complete retards...AGAIN!!!
• Not seeing Tali's face(Bioware, you cruel, cruel b******s).
• The Thresher Maw.
• Seeing Legion for the first time.
• The Vorcha.
• Conrad Verner.
• Thane having a terminal disease.<_<
• Kaidan being a douche on Horizon.
• Seeing Jack for the first time...and watching her take out 4 YMIRs on her own.(Actually, a bigger WTF is probably the point where I realised that she would NEVER do that in-game.)
• Walking into the main hall of the derelict Collector ship...and realising that there was enough room to hold everyone in Terminus.
• Ish's mission.(Seriously, I have to go all over the galaxy just to get datapads? F*** you, dude.)
• Joker's beatboxing.
