Shooting Grunt when you wake him up and having a conversation while blood drips from his mouth. I only had that happen on my 5th playthrough. WTFAWESOME.

Legion's recording of the first time someone feared the Geth was creepy.

Also, WTF at the main Reaper plot going nowhere.

Seeing Conrad in N7 armor(alive), talking about me pointing a gun in his face, when I distinctly remember choosing the paragon option in ME1, and then hearing a news report on the citadel (in ME1) about him being killed by a couple of turians.

There's a moment on Illium where a Volus is asking a merchant if something is compatable with volus and asari physiology, the merchant says yes and admits she uses it at home. The volus' reply  is freaky and disturbing...

My WTF moments:



- Archangel

When I arrived on Omega to get this Archangel person I heard he had all the Merc bands after him and he defending a place by himself from that army. I was like `This Archangel must be really something` and then discovering he was `Garrus` made my day.



- Visiting the Migrant Fleet (expected more ships though)



- Liara intimidating the guy on the screen when you meet up



- Headbutting that Krogan on Tuchanka



- The Krogan trial, especially the Thresher Maw made me desperate for survival



- The Last mission where I had to pick specialists and team leaders



- The human reaper



- Tali`s loyalty mission



- Samara owning everybody with biotics



- The derelict reaper which got shot to hell with a planetary Mass Accelerator



- A joinable Geth PC



- Controlling Joker when the aliens board the Normandy



- Drinking with Dr. Chakwas for old times sake



- EDI and joker dialogue



- Grunt pushing me against a wall, then finding out I had a gun pointed at him (relief actually)



- Mordin Solus singing



- The fight with the Collector ship when going through Omega 4 relay



- Actually surviving with my entire team on the last mission



- Space Hamster (nice touch)



- The tiny ship models



- The Turian trying to hit on the Quarian



- The Asari bartender on Ilium was charming
