Dear All,

I brought ME2 Collector Edition from Gamestop but I can't download the armor and the gun.
I reedeemed the in-game cerberus card code on web site using my old EA account I created when I played Mass Effect, but on the extra content menu the chitinous armor and the gun does not appear
How can I do? please help me!!!!
P.S. please note Cerberus networks works fine, I've already downloaded Normandy crash site and Zaeed Massani

it should be in your armory. Remember that some classes can't use Assault Rifles
