So, good job, bioware points, you successfully blocked all my way to pay you money.

And before you use that "EA account address, IP address, credicard billing address" excuse, I am sorry, all my address are the same and my IP are exactly from my address, I had checked all of them countless times.

So, please be frank to your customers, whether you are gonna fix this huge bug or not? I didn't see any solution even acknowledgement to this stupid bug from the official team, are you still there or you are just busying making DLCs which can not be sold?

the problem is the same for me, my credit cards are billed to my PO BOX.  Since I live out in a rural area its hard for post to reach me so i setup a PO BOX in the nearby town.  The points checkout can't verify PO BOX addresses, same thing with paypal, so I'm stuck with having to get redeem codes.  Got the "Stone Prisoner" DLC for Shale, but I can't get "Warden's Keep" or "Return to Ostagar".  Is there a way to buy the codes at a store perhaps?  Otherwise its unfair because there are others like me and even people without credit cards to buy points online.
