Ok so Joker didnt really like EDI much in ME:2 at first, but then along the way they actually become "friends"

How about comming up with a plan (like a virus or something) that threatens EDI, forcing the crew to upload EDI into a genetically engineered cyborg resembling a beautifull female in ME:3?

This could make EDI a companion and open romance options for EDI+Joker or EDI+shepard <3 It could also add  funny scenarios, like a double date by shepard+ his/her chosen romance and EDI/Joker. EDI would still be connected back to the ship, she just also happens to have a physical form.

If ME:3 keeps the 3 squad limit, having joker and EDI with you both could make some really good humor if shepard is also interested in her.

Also this could provide HILLARIOUS conversations between Legion and EDI as AI to AI. (this is allready in ME:2 to a small degree but has alot more potensial)

So what say you all, yay or nay to this idea?

No, I was doing Grunt & Mordin's missions the first time. I read forums while scanning.



Woudn't mind a suit being built for EDI. Joker would not approve of Shep/EDI relations, may nudge the ship next time we're heroically leaping on board.

No, EDI is fine, but she's not a real person. Joker should be a romance option for femShep.

there's not enough medigel in the galaxy to make joker a useful squad member.

No, but I think he's still a valid choice, probably for a Paragon femShep. After all, he hasn't allowed his condition to get the better of him and that would probably resonate with Shepherd. And he's been with them the longest consecutively.

Edit: I should add that's just as a love interest. Something would need to happen for him to be able to participate in actual battle to become a companion.

Joker shouldn't be a squadmate. Nor should EDI. They work great together as they are right now, running the ship.

I do support the idea of getting EDI's holographic form upgraded to an anthropomorphic interface, though. I also think that Joker and EDI's romance should definately continue in ME3.

No.  Although I do suspect EDI will get some Halo treatment for ME3.

A Joker romance would end with sexytime. And I mean literally end, as Femshep would accidentally crush his bones during her orgasmic throes.
