I'm having some trouble trying to upgrade most of mi weapons/armors, the text itself says I need a certain amount of ressources ( I have TONS ) and another upgrade already learned ( that I already got, even higher lvl than it says ) but I still can't buy the upgrade, why?
EX: Willing to buy extended shotgun ammo, it asks for Shotgun dmg lvl 1, but I got lvl 2/5, what's the freaking problem?:S
Problems with upgrades?

actually what it ssaying is your need ANOTHER damage boost before it unlocks, generally a "Special" will show itself when you're 1 "damage boost" away. IE: if extended shotgun ammo shows up when you have Damage 2/5, then you'll need 3/5 for it to become researchable, then you can apply your resources and load that sucker up.
