 ...find Garrus in the Citadel?
I talked to the volus guy in the bank, and got Tali and Wrex through that quest, now I'd like to find Garrus too.
He isnt in the Med clinic.

Hmmh, he wasnt there either.

if you don't run into him during the Fist quest, he'll be hanging around C-Sec at the elevator to Normandy

I loaded from a previous save and went to C-Sec and he was standing right in front of the elevator.
