Okay, so installed the game. I created an account. I redeemed my codes. All is well... But NOTHING is appearing on the DLC list! Nada! Did I miss something? I followed the instructions perfectly, but... nothing. If anyone can help, that would be great. Thanks!

The same with me. Got five codes redeemed but I don't dee anything in my DLC list. The website says I should refresh but if I do that still nothing happens...

Having the same issue here. There is a thread discussing this issue, and hopefully one of the fixes in it will work for you. I'd really like to see Bioware adress this issue, however. I haven't heard anything from them, and I want the content I paid for.

I have the same problem, I contacted EA chat support and they had no clue and escalated the issue...as I expected I still have not heard back about it.

Don't know if it has anything to do with it, but when I press the Online Profile button I end up at my profile where it says PROFILE NOT FOUND - The requested player does not have any Dragon Age data uploaded.
Then below that there's a blue button that says "Bloud's profile"
Maybe that's related to me not getting what I've spent money and a LOT of time trying to get?
Thoughts?
