"What's New" doesn't reflect edits

If I post something silly (which happens all the time, as you may have noticed), I can edit it.


Editing doesn't generate a new "What's new"  (a good thing IMO), but it doesn't update the original "What's New" either, which could be confusing or even time-wasting for others.

works as designed; once something is in the activity feed, it's a separate database table entirely.

Maybe it would be better if the "What's new" didn't quote the content? Not sure what other people think.

It would certainly allow more room for Whats New information if it simply stated Jassper posted in "What's New" doesn't reflect edits with a link to the post, as it does now - but without my actual post.


 Never mind that, just realized that it only quotes what was posted when posting to blog entries, but not forum post - So thats OK I guess.
