The Shale Questline is broke for my game
I have the DLC, It is checked off

I have played through the game about 30 hours with
2 dif chars one taking good actions the other taking bad

My friend who has the game also says he just 'Got' The quest and he cant even remember how it was not that memorable. Fix your game. Multiple people have posted about these issues Fix this please. I payed for a product, one which included The Stone Prisoner, not one that does not.

I used steam to download if that helps you find out whats wrong at all.
