Dear Dev team,
I just wanted to take a little time after finishing ME2 to thank you all for what I consider to be the greatest gaming franchise of all time. I've never cared so much for characters in a story, whether it be games, books, television or movies.
The manner in which MY Shepard carried across from ME1 was unlike anything I've ever experienced. From the little things like Conrad Verner to the large such as Wrex and Kaidan, these are just some of the things that really went a long way in making me feel like I am a part of this world you've created.
The epic story, fantastic art direction, emotional musical score, solid game play and detailed level design are all done so incredibly well that I find myself just standing amongst the bustling cities staring out of a window at the breathtaking views, taking in the atmosphere of the world around me and really weighing the decisions before me as if the fate of the galaxy truly does rely on me.
I care about my team mates, my crew, my ship and the fate of my Shepard. This "game" has caused me to become more emotionally involved than any other form of media that I have ever experienced. I truly believe video games will surpass all other forms of entertainment in every way and if I am right then the Mass Effect franchise is and will be at the forefront of this movement.
Thank you all so much for your work and I look forward to many more playthroughs as well as ME3!

I love everything about Mass Effect and Bioware always deliver enjoyable games.
Usually I don't care what happens to characters in other games but In ME2 I have to make sure my team survive, also it was actually an emotive game like the moment seeing the first Normandy wreckage.
Thnx for ME2 Bioware.

We are many fans from Germany, Austria and Switzerland and we have some wishes for ME3. I think you already know a lot from the american community but please listen also to us.
1. We really want to have bigger, better and more intensiv relationships to more partymember. May be ist possible to have a relationship with more then one partymember at the same time, please give us more love, jealous dialouges and the choice to choose EVERYONE for a relationship female or male sheppard and partymember speak to each other about our relationships… MAKE LOVE NOT WAR ;-)
2. Please bring us back, a little more Micro-Item-Managment. We think the golden way could be a mix of ME1 and ME2 micromanagment.
3. Pleas give us an option to take the helmet off.
4. Please bring back the relationships with the partymember of ME1.
5.Please start the relationships a lot earlier, not in the end of the game!
The rest you already said in this thread and thanks a lot for the greatest games ever DA:O Me 1+2 and hopefully 3

Bioware continue to astound and amaze me with every new game they release. From the BG and KOTOR series to Jade Empire, DAO and ME1+2. I've played and thoroughly enjoyed them all, I've become engrossed by the excellent storytelling, loveable characters and witty dialogue. Although the games weren't without their flaws, the flaws seemed to pale in comparison to the staple of pure Bioware goodness they contained.
If I had a glass with the appropriate liquid at my disposal I would raise a toast to many more good years of Bioware gaming to come!
