Those are the first three. But other than that, I'd also love Legion to return and Miranda maybe, I actually kinda liked her.

Thane too maybe, but no matter how much I tried to like him he never pulled it off, and I never managed to care for him much.

I want Garrus to be a lead in one of the post ME trilogy games. Maybe a game that doesn't neccessarly involves saving the galaxy, but hunting a seriel killer like Dr.Heart. The whole game can be on the citadel. Garrus will interrogate suspect, fight mercs, solve crimes etc. Like Batman in space.

Only with a sniper rifle. Well i guess that's nothing like batman. But i'm sure there's alot of Heroes who save the with a shot to the head with a sniper rifle.
