Garrus - Favorite character. He's starting to get a good deal funnier, and he looks like an epic badass with those scars



Legion - Moar geth dancing, please. Also, want him to admit he grabbed the armor for sentamental reasons, if he didn't already



Samara - She might not be that popular, but I really like her. Probably for perverted reasons.

Here are reasons why I don't believe other crew members should come back.

Wrex - He's need on his homeworld to keep the peace between the clans
Miranda - She only went along with you in ME2 because she worked for Cerberus.  Just because she dosen't                           agree with TIM at the end dosen't mean her time at Cerberus or a Cerberus offshoot is at an end
Jacob - See Miranda's reasoning
Thane - Most likely will be dead
Garrus - He cleared up his past with C-Sec and his betrayel.  Probably will retire or become an advisor to the                          Taurian Councillor 
Tali - She's extremely important to the Quarian Migratory Fleet.  Her commanders email from ME2 states that he               really needs her back when the mission is over and there would be major repercussions if she dies with                 you
Zaeed - Just a merc who wanted one more mission with his old riffle
Samara - Already stated that she wants to go to the most unjust worlds to seek out the trouble once your mission                    is done
Liara - Has her own problems on Ilium.  You helped her with some but there seems to be a lot troubles in her life

If there are any more I can't think about them but you are welcome to add to my reasoning or argue them.

As much as I adore Mordin and Wrex, I think they'd make better NPCs in ME3 to be honest. Wrex has his clan to look after and I'd feel guilty dragging such an old guy like Mordin around with me all over the galaxy again. I'd rather see him with his own lab/clinic saving the galaxy with SCIENCE!

Garrus- one of my favs from the first game- I'm enjoying his jokes.



Legion- a cool concept that sort of blew my mind... the geth aren't all bad! The ones that attacked Eden Prime were whackjobs! Besides, he reminds me of Johnny 5.



Tali- I liked that she named her tech drone.



Runners up- Samara for her cool char model and allaround badassness, Zaeed for his bad attitude.

I loved Mordin but agree with the poster who said he should be an NPC on your ship or something. I didn't use him that much but enjoyed talking to him.
