I think Tali and Garrus are shoo-ins to appear in ME3 because they were present in 1 and 2. Another most likely to appear is Legion because as the mission summary to TIM after getting Legion says that they can use the Geth for assaults to the Reapers.



Anyhow, my vote is:



1. Jack

2. Grunt

3. Samara/Morinth



My fourth would be Liara just because she's my LI in ME1.
