-- Legion -- gotta have Geth insight to what's going on

-- Tali -- gotta have someone that knows what's up with the Quarians

-- Mordin -- just in case we need that genophage cure

It’s a tough choice, I know.  If I had to pick three more squadmates to return as NPC's only it would be:  Wrex.  I hated Wrex in ME1 but even though I could not play him in ME2, grew to like the guy even with the limited dialog options.  I would love to see him back as an NPC.  I liked Tali in the first Mass Effect but as she got more independence in ME2, she turned into more of a side character then a main party member.   Tali would make a great NPC.  Zaeed was a good soldier but would rather see him as an NPC, especially at the end battle.

I liked Ashley in ME1 but in ME2 she was a total c**t.  By the end of ME2 Miranda had gone more “middle of the road”, which is why I picked her over Ashley.  Mordin was interesting too (would make a good NPC) but in my playthrough he is dead.  RIP Mordin : (

Tali is probably, along with Garrus, the truest and most trusted friend Shepard has.  If male Shepard, well, let me be indulgent.  She is the sweetest and most convincing love interest in the series.

Garrus is just a bad ass.  I like him as a character too.  Hell, he's the kinda person I would want as a friend.  Plus his combat experience and resilience make him a great asset.

Miranda is just the kind of level headed person needed to back up a leader.

Mordin - This might not be likely but the character is useful and just full of personality.

Garrus - The ultimate loyal friend and companion.

Tali - The female version of Garrus and I anticipate some good Quarian plot lines.

The first 2 for the fact that they were there in the beginning, and so it's only right they see it through to the end, and Legion because we get him so late there is clealry a lot more to him and his story and that involvement with Shepard, and I want to know what that it, dammit! (Also, without Garrus, the void left by the lack of badassery would make the universe implode).



Mordin I love, but I'd be OK with him as NPC, on the ship, Chackwas/Kelly/Joker style.

by a landslide. Tali and Garrus were my favorites in ME1, so naturally I want them back for ME3. Legion was an instant favorite in ME2. The other squadmates I liked from ME1 were so horribly written in ME2 that I don't want them back for the finale. The other guys from ME2 are all okay, but I don't like any of them a lot.

If I could only pick 3 playable party members from the first two games to carry into ME3...



1-Tali (She's such an interesting companion with fabulous voice acting and a compelling backstory!)



2-Jack (Kinda like the Anti-Tali, I also enjoyed this character immensely and her dark / troubled past fits nicely into the ME universe)



3-Liara (Everybody's favorite Asari should definitely be in ME3 either as a team member or as an NPC)



And if Liara is not a team member in ME3 then I would love to see Wrex or Mordin return to the team (Wrex is an old favorite from ME1 but the new story developments in ME2 might preclude him from joining your team in ME3. I was definitely surprised by how much I enjoyed Mordin's frenetic dialog and humor and I would love to see him return as well!)
