My Tech Support message at EA's website has been completely ignored since day 1 (I've posted multiple updates asking for someone to say SOMETHING to me).
I had problems with ME1's second addon, due to purchasing the "Platinum Hits" edition. THAT was NEVER rectified. Now my FOUR completed characters cannot be found by the ME1 Import Utility in ME2.
Why me. :-( Anyone else having this problem?

Apparently customer service is not taken seriously at EA. Oh well.
I'll just *hope* that something is posted somewhere online that I happen
to find one day telling me this has been fixed. In the mean time, I
guess I'll attempt to take the game back, but of course, it's opened,
so... right.

Still no reply. Now I have to wonder if perhaps this ticket is lost
in limbo. Given all the problems I had with Mass Effect (1), and now
with Mass Effect 2, I'm wondering if dealing with "EA Games" is worth
the trouble. It's very frustrating when BioWare makes a great game, but
I have not twice been taken to the cleaners (my issues with ME1 were
never rectified).

1/26/2010 at 8:38pm I received notification that I'd get a reply within
24 hours. Nothing has arrived nor is here on your website. I paid
good money for the game. The game does not do as has been advertised
for months. Please advise. This is dumb and quite frustrating.

I have four saved games in Mass Effect 1, all of which COMPLETED the
game 100% to the end (saved, or killed, council, etc etc, after
defeating Saren). Mass Effect 2 does not recognize ANY of the games
saved and completed. I tried copying save-games to a memory unit, and
loading from there. No go. So, I pre-ordered the game, got it on
release date, and I'm apparently supposed to start from scratch. This
is not good, nor acceptable, with all the touting of loading your
original characters. I have the "Platinum Hits" version of ME1
(included the first DLC) which caused problems when I tried to download
the second DLC (could ONLY play the second DLC by starting a brand new
character and working my way up to it - never finished that FIFTH
character). I want my first four complete characters loaded into ME2.
What do I do to accomplish this? This is very frustrating to get a
$60 game on release day and then not be able to use it in the way it was
advertised. Gamer Tag in XBox Live is "Malena Family". Please
assist ASAP. I'd like to be playing this tomorrow night when I return
from work.
