Sorry if this has already been asked.
1. So is there a time frame as to when this will be released?
2. When the vechicle is available, what all will this open up? Are all the side missions with the vechicle already in the game and they just need to release the vehicle so we can access it?
I loved seeing all the different planets in Mass Effect 1, even if the missions on them were pretty generic and such.... however, I really liked how it weaved a web of infomration around Cerberus and what all they were involved with. I'm really wondering if the vehicle is going to open up a whole new set of missions or not. The vehicle serves the purpose of traversing terrain, but is there a particular point to it?
I'm glad I already have the game, but is the vehicle just going to be a small side thing or are we going to get access to several worlds?

I don't know much about this Hammerhead vehical but as one of the few people that enjoyed drivng the Mako on uncharted worlds, i'm glad they're adding some kind of ground vehical to ME2.
Maybe it'll be used mainly for taking out fortified geth outposts and such.

I imagine the Hammerhead will require unique N7 missions to use, as all the current missions have no room for you to drive a tank around blasting things.

As far as I know we don't know for sure but it should be released quite soon if pre-release plans are still on track.
I would have to imagine we'll get a handful of new unique missions to use it.

They tweeted yesterday and said the next DLC pack will be coming in 2 more weeks.

Exact phrasing was: "Free in-game content in a couple weeks for those who have activated Cerberus Network!"
I wouldn't hold my breath on exactly two weeks.

The Mako was a bit bumpy and weird, but I still enjoyed it and did not have any issues with driving and aiming at the same time, which was a major complaint about the first game on the 360. Just driving around an uncharted world was enjoyable for me... that along with some side missions that weren't as generic as the first would make this game much better. The differences between all the planets and the attention to detail really made it feel like you were on a space adventure and not just a mission.
Don't get me wrong, I love this game, but I do miss the exploration part of it.
Here's hoping we get to see a lot of cool planets.

I loved the Mako and personnally was kinda mad when I found out that Bioware stole my mako from me.

The mako was pretty fun, especially the climbing expeditions, but I wasn't too hurt when they didn't bring it back as it was sort of time chewer. But it will always have a place in each of us,

The Mako was fun when you didn't have to drive it up the sides of sheer walls...Which is what 90% of the uncharted worlds were covered in. Hopefully we get to land on planets with grassy plains, or rolling hills..Anything but jagged spires of rocks that no sane person would build something on.
