While trying to help Thane track Kolyat's target by observing from the Maintenance Areas I fell through to the ground floor and then was able to walk through walls and everything. The spot that I fell through was at the iNova in the corner of the room that the target is talking with a total of 3 krogan guards.

Has anyone else had this happen?

I was coming onto the site to look for a place to report bugs. If there is a better place for me to report this please let me know?
