so i was wondering if you could acquire a templar armor, i've seen gameplay videos with alistair having one i have also read somewhere that there are armors exclusive to templars.

The second question i wanted to ask is;
Have you guys found any unique armos later on the game or does the game just continue with iron-grey iron-steel and so on.

You find better armors as you go, and yes, I did find templar armor already.

You can and there are. You can see a few (very expensive) unique pieces in a few of the shops at any time as well.



Oddly enough the blood dragon armor is about on par with the best armor sets you'll find anywhere else as far as I can tell. I switched to a unique dragonbone Legion armor set just cause I like the looks better.

Juggernaut set of massive armor, long lost from the Tevinter Imperium, nice toy, but you will fight and probably die a lot in the forest before getting it, damn those revenants!!



the dragon armor has no bonus for the full set, I ended up keeping only the plate, the helmet looks stupid..



Found templar set also, many parts in the tower of magi

Currently using Wade's Superior Dragonbone Plate. Decent set bonus, and I actually like the looks of this better than the Blood Dragon.

Heh. I just love the looks of the heavy armor with the skirt - Duncan's armor and the templar armor come to mind. I really hope we can get something similar for our characters.

On a related note, is there any way to see the set bonus without removing a piece and doing the math on what changed?

So far i have obtained the juggernaut set in Brec forest, Warden commander set in wardens keep and the Drakeskin/dragonbone plate from Wade. There are still many others just haven't gotten that far yet...

i found templar armor during the circle of mage tower quest, and lots of cool stuff for my mage.

I think if you examine each piece of armor it should tell you more detail about it including the benefits.  On the PC just right-click and hold it down on the item in the invontory and then select Examine (the eye icon).
