I've got the normal preorder version off the game from Steam and
redeemed those codes and installed the DLC (memory band, the wicked
oath, blood dragon armor, the stone prisoner).

It's all showing up on the user_entitlements page.

Now
the game tells me, the memory band and the stone prisoner are
unauthorized when i'm logged in, logged out it seems to be fine.

Same problem here. Redeemed everything palying just fine then sometimes when trying to load a game suddendly I dont have access to the DLC and therefore cant load the game, then when I look under content they are both enabled .. mind boggling.
