Topic.
Happened 3 times now... And after playing 3 sessions, so that's all the time. After quiting out of DA, within seconds everything freezes. Nothing works. I had to do a manual hard shut-down for my system.
Anyone else encountered this problem?
Desktop freezing after quiting from DA:O?!?

Same problem, except I experienced it specifically when the game crapped out on me.Start menu worked for a bit but then even that just gave up, as if all resources were being hoarded by the game after it crashed...

Well, in the event that someone in Bioware is reading this, I got an update.
I managed, by luck or chance, I managed to prevent my system from freezing after I shutdown DA: O. Anyway, as long as I don't remain logged in to Bioware when I quit, my system won't crash. So basically after I finish downloading the DLC, I just never log-on to Bioware while I play DA.
I tested it several times now, and it seems to work. Don't know the underlying problem though.
