The Quarian's are an interesting lot, and never taking off those suits, it increases our curiosity towards them; and with what many are calling the "Talimance" possible, it's time for us to expose what they look like, using scientific factors.
The Basics
In Mass Effect Ascension, we are told the basic physiology of the Quarians, and in that sense they are remarkable similar to Humans and Asari, having lips, teeth, an endoskeleton, noses, eyes, and tearducts. Their reproductive systems are similar to ours both genders having genitalia, as Mass Effect 2 shows in the fact Quarian sex is possible, and done (Judging by their ability to engage in sex in humans) in a similar manner to human sex, showing that they have penises and vaginas.
Quarian biology is based on dextro-amino acids, as of this they cannot subsist on the same foods as all other species, apart from Turians; this does not have an effect on their appearance, contrary
to many beliefs.
The Quarian immune system is probably the worst in any known sapient species, as the Quarians originated from a homeworld where pathogens were a rarity, there was no need. Add this with their adaptation to sterile environments over the past 300 years, and we have a haystack against a blaze when it comes to disease.
Quarians are mammals, as they possess breasts and gestational reproduction.
Skin
The skin of Quarians is shielded from UV rays both by restriction to ships and their suits; this means that they will have no melanin in their skin. Melanin is the reason for colour in humans, and it is almost independent
of genes. It is the melanin concentration of the parents which determines the child’s skin colour, which is why an interracial couple will generate a “Hybrid child”. Quarians, having no need for melanin, will no longer have skin colours of a darker shade than a very pale white.
Hair
As mammals, and most likely primates, Quarians will most likely have hair on the top of their heads in a similar way to humans, although one can’t say whether or not they have facial hair. This hair will probably be short or shaved, as long hair may affect the machinery within the Quarian’s helmets or block their view.
Humans tend to be attracted to certain types of hair colour, blonde generally being the highest craved. Quarians possess no knowledge of hair colour, and as of such make reproductive decisions based on other factors, as of such his will probably result in a much smaller variety of hair colours than humans, there will probably be one or two hair colours amongst Quarians, although what they could be is unknown (I would guess brown or black,
but that’s a personal and unfounded guess).
Eyes
The visors of the Quarian’s helmets act in a similar manner to sunglasses, enabling Quarians to see the outside world, but giving others a limited view of them. However the eyes are clearly visible on a Quarian through the mask, indicating they are a source of light. This makes two suggestions:
-The Quarians have light-emitting eyes, a product of evolution.
-Quarian eyes are cybernetically upgraded.
Whatever the reason, Quarians definitely have light emitting eyes.
Resources
This image was used by the Mass Effect 1 designers, it is likely this is not what the Quarians look like, it was likely made to assist in the modelling procedure. But it does accurately indicates the aforementioned similarities to humans, although it is basic, to say the least.
EDIT: The below picture is a placeholder, or it may be some fan's piece of 3D modelling artwork, either ay, it serves it's point.

OH MY GOD, THAT THING IS SO ****ING UGLY, and judging by looking at tali in the game, she will look more reptile alien, u know like the salarians, i mean they wont look that close to humans, you can even tell when up close to tali, i dont think there gonna have pale white skin though seeing they are not humans and form from a complete diferent planet, but good facts none the less, if youve seen the glitches its obvios faces wont look that creepy, terrible picture, but whatever, i know their not that ****ing ugly
