I can't see Quarians looking anything like humans outside of their faces. They've got bird legs and 3 "fingered" hands.  Besides, the ME universe already has an attractive, near-human in appearance species.

Where exactly do you get bird legs? Quarian legs are hinged the same as humans, birds hing in the opposite directions. Quarians have two digits and a thumb, and two stubby digits on their feet, where as birds have three elongateted digits on the front, and a fourth on the back of their foot (or on the ankle for a weapon on non pearching birds). The only diffeance between human legs, and Quarian legs are quarians have a deeper recurve to their shins and have three less toes.

Though they do seem to stand on their tip toes in concept art (but doesn't seem like it ingame), this could be an evolutionary trait, as primal quarians may have needed to run fast, the deeper recurve to the shin (along with slightly flexable shin bones) to absobe the impact of running on hard ground and using just the toes for better balance control (keeping weight distribution in a striaght line from the head to the ground). Yea, so Quarian legs share nothing in common with "bird legs".


Now, if your using "bird legs" to say her legs are skinny, I would guess its personal opinion, but at least Tali's seem to be the same thickness as any of the humans.

Were on earth did you get Asair are mammals? Case they look humans? Asair are something but there not mammals. it's not even listed on the wiki....they just are....it's kinda creepy really.....well if their boobs produce milk then they'd be mammals(pardon irregular language but it's late here and i'm tired 3:25am) but it doesn't even say that....they are just something.....that's for sure.

They actually resemble are snails as they can be both the Father or Mother in there own race that something to think about =x. But I push plants case think of how they work with DNA and think how pollination works all be it, it not a bee going flower to flower to spread the plants DNA it a Asari going species and species and mixing it with there own.

If you read and listen to what alot of people say in the game, asari don't actually use the dna of the father, it's more a mental thing, no actual dna is taken during the procreation.  That's why asari don't ever produce a half-krogran, they still turn out pure asari.

Also, from what is said from the stag party on Illium, the appearance of Asari cannot be confirmed anyway, since it appears that each species is convinced that they look just like their own, and that there is a possibility that the asari are changing people's perceptions to appear pleasing to each viewer.

That wasn't fact that was drunken idiots at a bar, the flaw in that whole logic is that the moment a asari die any kind of "mind control" would die with her meaning it take another asair ALL WAY being next to a dieing one for the illusion to never fail sadly the galaxy is a large place and any kind of trick would eventually be known.

Further more wouldn't a simple photo? Camera? Any kind of recording device see past as you can't bewitch a machine with mind games.

The whole theory was a fing joke people took way to seriously.

Hate to kill your "shouldn't look human" ideals but between looking threw Tali mask and the book Ascension outside of ear they mostly face wise look human.

As I said, it's a permanent change to their perceptions, so whenever they see what they perceive as an asari their brain alters it subconciously, and we don't know what the geth see. 

I'm guessing you're not getting the Red Dwarf reference if you still think I'm taking it seriously by the way.

Fun theory but sadly unless we see one up close it just that one of many Theory.

But again this game was made by man, We already gone far past your "theory" with Asari so to say Quirians can't be mammals case that be "to human" is a moot point in this SCI-FI game.

I could see how glowing eyes could be a racial thing. Their great technicians and mechanics. Lighted eyes might make it easier for them to look at circuit boards and tiny complex machines. Don't ask me how, its just what comes to mind.

They could have hair like the Asari have those tentacle like things for hair.

Since they live in their suits I would imagine they would be slender and fragile. With the way their legs are shaped, like deer almost, they would probably have strong legs.

If were just talking about the face, I see no reason why it wouldn't be like a humans. Although it looks like her eyes are more angled.

I doubt BioWare would give us some sort of Predator looking race with giant mandibles.

But then again they made a race of Jelly Fish.

I dunno I think when your debating a Sci-Fi fact it best to keep to the lore given with a light brush of RL Facts, Trying to go all Physiological and full scientific on it of coarse nothing will add up like this guy theory already moot "We couldn't imagine what alien life look like" valid point.. sadly this game has bunch of aliens that man is trying to imagine what they look like..
